What do you like best about Squaretalk?

Honestly, I really like how easy it is to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, you can figure out most things pretty quickly. Setting it up was also smooth — the implementation didn’t give me headaches. I also like the number of features it offers; everything from calls to messaging to analytics is in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. What do you dislike about Squaretalk?

The customer support could be faster; sometimes you have to wait longer than expected. Some of the advanced features aren’t super intuitive, so the ease of use drops a bit there. One thing which I feel is the UI needs to be more intuitive and user friendly.
