Honestly, I really like how easy it is to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, you can figure out most things pretty quickly. Setting it up was also smooth — the implementation didn’t give me headaches. I also like the number of features it offers; everything from calls to messaging to analytics is in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools.
