"Intuitive, powerful dialer that saves time and boosts high-value conversations"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

Salesfinity is intuitive and easy to use while still being a very powerful tool for sales and outbound calling. As a power dialer, the platform removes a lot of manual work from the calling process, which saves a lot of time and allows us as a team to focus on high-value conversations. The interface is clean, the setup is straightforward, and the features are flexible enough to support different outbound sales strategies. With the filter options you can tailor your calling list to your needs in that moment (e.g. what time zone to call)

The boss mode feature is really helpful to save time and make sure to get good connects and conversations. My favorite feature is the analytics tab where you have full transparency over your team’s and your own numbers with individual score cards per rep that you can also benchmark. Also very useful is the AI that summarizes your calls to help log them in our CRM as well as providing transcripts for every call.

I haven’t tried the AI training tab that extensively yet, but it’s a great way practice calling specific ICPs and improve your skills based on this and the feedback provided in the Analytics tab. The Salesfloor is a highly beneficial tool too, as we can call as a team at the same time, listen in on live calls and discuss our outbound strategy in real time. What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

While Salesfinity is very effective, there is a bit of a learning curve and it takes some time to get used to and try all the features (which is ultimately just a sign of how extensive the services are that SF provide).

Some bugs can show up from time to time, voicemail detection not always working perfectly (e.g. German mailboxes being connected as live calls). The latency when getting connected with a prospect can sometimes take a few seconds, and sometimes even longer when your internet connection isn’t stable, so that’s something to consider. "Efficient Outbound Calling with Standout Salesfloor, Boss Mode, and Amplemarket Integration"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

Salesfinity is extremely efficient and easy to use for outbound calling. One of the standout features for me is Salesfloor, especially during onboarding: new hires can listen in on live outbound calls, which makes coaching much more practical and hands-on. Boss Mode is another big win because it cleans and verifies numbers, so I can auto-dial with confidence instead of wasting time on bad data. I also really like the seamless Amplemarket integration—it pulls contact details, call history, signals, and battlecard recommendations into one clean view, which makes prep faster and helps keep conversations more relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

There isn’t much to dislike overall. As with any powerful outbound tool, there’s a short learning curve when you first start using some of the more advanced features, but once you’re set up, the workflow is very smooth. Any minor gaps I’ve come across have been addressed quickly through ongoing product improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SmartGenie and great filtering are making my life easier."
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

This might feel super basic to some people, but I really love being able to filter contacts by call sequences and time zones. It helps me stay organized when I’m calling people across different states and jumping between events throughout the day, and it makes switching contexts a lot easier.

I’m also a big fan of SmartGenie. It gives me a live summary of the company and the prospect while I’m on the call, which keeps my day running smoothly and makes my calls much more effective. As an SDR reaching out to lots of companies across different industries and departments, it’s really important for me to tailor each conversation as much as possible. What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike about Salesfinity, or any real downside to it. It genuinely includes the features I need to keep my daily calling sessions highly productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesfinity boosted our demos and outbound performance instantly"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

Salesfinity quickly helped us boost our overall demo volume. After we implemented it, we saw noticeable improvements in our connection rates, SQLs, and talk time. The dialer operates smoothly, the user interface is clean, and training new reps is very straightforward. One standout feature is the ability to filter calls by country and region, which is something many other platforms lack. The AI-generated call summaries save me significant time and make logging calls much easier. Additionally, the dashboard provides a clear overview, making it easy to see what’s working and the best times to call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

The only issue I have noticed is the delay at the moment of connection. Sometimes the prospect answers the phone and says hello a few times before the system connects me. By the time I am live on the call they might already be on their second or third hello, which can cause people to hang up because they think it is a bot or a spam call. It does not happen every time, but when it does it affects the flow of the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Outbound Calling Efficiency"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

I like the fact it's generally easy to use and has good filters that kinda help with outbound cold calling. It definitely helps in avoiding having bad quality calls. Using filters, you avoid any problems when you're on a call with someone, like not calling them in the middle of the night. Also, it's good that it's easy to use because it allows for easier new staff integration. When I first started, it was very easy to use since my boss just sent me the link to log in, and I was ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

I think the main thing that can kinda hinder productivity is the fact that it only allows for 100 leads importation at a time. To import more leads would be 100% beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cold Calling with Salesfinity"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

I like using Salesfinity for making calls because it lets me call multiple people at once, which speeds up the dialing process. It's super helpful that I can make up to five calls simultaneously, making it easy to get through as many calls as I can. I also appreciate the drop-down menus which help me organize calls by sequence and time zone, making everything more organized. Being able to call different countries is a big plus, and the parallel dialer is both inexpensive and convenient. Overall, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

I'm looking forward to the callback function just to hear the phone ring when prospects are calling me back. It shows that I have an inbound call coming, but it won't ring specifically on my computer when I have the app open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall Great Tool for Outbound Teams and New Reps"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

It's a great tool for new reps (I started using it right when I was hired). The UI is clean and simple to use. Really appreciated the fact that you can prioritize calls based off of "Likeliness to Pickup". I've been able to average around a 6-7% connect rate because of this (although some of that is because of data quality, of course!). Having a native Amplemarket integration is also great.

Also, have to note how responsive and helpful their leadership is. If you are having problems or issues, SF team will respond promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

The few cons I have for SF is that single dials do not continue to run if you are calling 2x+ at a time. All currently dialing calls have to finish to start the next batch.

Also, this is nitpicky but I wish there was no dialing sound (gets repetitive after a couple hundred calls). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superb Dialer with Seamless Metrics Tracking"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

I really like Salesfinity for its super easy-to-use interface and how it shows all tasks succinctly. The call task filtering functionality is exceptional, providing a lot of different ways to filter tasks. It easily enriches call information and sorts it by the likelihood of a pickup, which is really helpful from an efficiency perspective. The initial setup was super easy as well, and overall, it's pretty amazing since I don't have many critiques for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

It's an excellent product and they ship new features quickly - if you dislike something just let them know and they'll fix it :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Outreach with Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

I like how easy Salesfinity is to use, and the ease of integration with Amplemarket. The ability to see contact level context during calls, like emails, prior call sentiments, and personal LinkedIn profiles, is great. I also appreciate the nurture AI features, which provide transcripts and general points mentioned during calls, helping me to mention context quickly in subsequent calls. The initial setup was very easy, not difficult at all. I love how Salesfinity allows me to reach 700-800 people a day and prioritize follow-ups with prospects. It solves the problem of manually calling thousands of prospects within a reasonable timeframe, allowing me to talk to prospects without waiting for the phone to ring one at a time. Truly a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

I think sometimes the VOIP could be improved. Sometimes though not often people tell me my voice sounds off and it doesn't make for a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cold Calling with Stellar Features"
What do you like best about Salesfinity?

I like the autodialer feature in Salesfinity because it makes it easier to reach out to multiple prospects in one cold call session. I appreciate the smart rotate option when calling from multiple numbers, as it helps prevent calls from being marked as spam. This feature is valuable because it ensures that a large number of outbound calls don't get pushed to spam, and more people pick up the phone. Also, the setup was pretty easy. Making an account was straightforward, and before I knew it, I was able to start dialing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

Nothing stands out here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
