What do you like best?

As a user for over a year I love that Thryv has constantly added additional features at no extra cost to me . I love that it helps me manage my entire business from accounting , invoices , payment processing and my marketing efforts . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see the geolocation option added back to the social media channels. Would also like to see the option to have project management or a notes feature for my business reminders . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love being able to add fields that I need for my business to keep track of certain items for my clients. I also love the ability to manage my social media/online presence from a single location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

In thryv's system there are certain details regarding the use of resources for verification, measurement and calculations of scalable database presentations, in which its operation is deficient and not very accessible to carry out independent conditioning's of economic evolution assurance, preventing that an order of response to the operative demands treated by my company can be originated, when trying to authenticate the coordination of collections and digital invoices conceived by the commerce program of my organization. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Their customer support is a focal and it shows. From our initial contact with Jesse, to our setup with Nagih, to web design, and our daily interactions with live support. What do you dislike?

Social media plans need work. When creating a post plan, you have to jump between 1 day view, to weekly, to monthly just to get certain things accomplished. Would save time to have all options no matter the view you are in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the organization and having everything in one place anywhere I went. If I get a call, and I am not at the office, I can check the app to communicate any info I have to the customer or to schedule, and any other task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only issue I ran into was not being able to access the online library for social media posts. I never contacted anyone about this and just used my personal photos, so it is possible it is user error. Other than that it meets all my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I appreciate that all the moving parts for my online business are in all ONE spot! I've been using the platform for about a month and I feel really good about this decision to trust THRYV with this large undertaking! They have simplified my life so much, that I actually feel bad when I hear other practitioners struggling to get "stuff" done. It used to take me many hours to upload and update everything! What do you like best?

I have been very happy with every person who I have worked with at Thryv! Changing services can be difficult but they have make it very smooth. They answer my question quickly and always go above my expectations! I started at one level and have continued to add services because of the quality of the product. When I decided to change my website over I was working real time with the web designer and my sales people to make changes. This efficient and I loved the input of all these talented people. The software can be limiting and not as flexible as I would like sometimes. I have found that a little frustrating but each time I have had help to better learn the software.I have a better understand of how to best use the products to my advantage. What do you like best?

I like how when I get a request, I can turn it a client from a lead! I like how it has helped me develop a workflow very easily without having to watch videos and tutorials. Its so user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do get frustrated how I cant ship directly from thryv when an invoice is filled. I have to go mulitple places to finally get a packing slip that I need. I also wish I could keep all my financials tracked in thryv, but because I have a shop, I have to use usps, paypal, square, and thryv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Great for point of sale and creating invoices and estimates. Thryv has also increased my company's visibility on the internet and in turn has increased sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would really like it to integrate with Quickbooks Desktop. I could use Quickbooks online, but the online QB doesn't give my all the payroll and accounting features that desktop has. I keep checking the app market and see that QB desktop is coming soon. When it does, your product will be a perfect 10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling, keeping contact with customers. My customers really like that Thryv sends them reminders of their appointments. I really like the weekly posts the program generates for my Facebook page. What do you like best?

The CRM is very easy to use, cost-efficient, and has been exceptionally helpful in saving me time by handling my online directory listings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the email automation is coupled with the social media marketing package. I feel that these could be separated, as I'm interested in the email automation but not the social media portion of the package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
