What do you like best?

As a user for over a year I love that Thryv has constantly added additional features at no extra cost to me . I love that it helps me manage my entire business from accounting , invoices , payment processing and my marketing efforts . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see the geolocation option added back to the social media channels. Would also like to see the option to have project management or a notes feature for my business reminders . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highly recommended Thryv to others as it’s affordable and the customer care is top notch . You can speak with someone 24/7 over the phone and have the ability to update your website over the phone and make as many edits you need . What do you like best?

I chose Thryv because it combines not only the essential functions of serving my clients (scheduling, billing,), but also creation and management of my web site; linking my web site blog with social media; client communication (text and email reminders; newsletters); and SEO and visibility by linking with Google Business. No other company I know of does all of this. AND you get personalized on-boarding and support, as well as 24/7 phone and chat support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are occasional, minor tech glitches, but nothing out of the ordinary, and they are fixed in a timely way. The web site team can be slow to respond, but the chat help has always come through for me to fix or change anything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I did not want to use multiple companies for my business management (e.g. one for scheduling; one for accounting; one for marketing; one for web site), and I am seriously impressed how well Thryv has put all of that together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Thryv is extremely user friendly and loaded with features to run my small business. I am still learning. on the platform and find it extremely useful. We are switching over from another platform with less features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

So far the only thing that I have found that I don't like is that the app for Mac OS ends up going to a webpage rather than straight software (if that is the way to say it). If it is going to go to a browser than a website I might as well just do that and not use the app on my Mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider the costs of all the separate programs, web services, and more. Then look at Thryv and the possibilities of saving so much money and so much less headache with everything all in one platform. What do you like best?

The customer service is outstanding and friendly. They have always been more then helpful in most cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The one thing if anything, would be the cost. Still trying to quantify the expense to my board since we're a non-profit organization for disabled veterans. Another would be with Thryv Pay, but I know it's new and hopefully will allow recurring payments through ACH like PayPal does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love being able to add fields that I need for my business to keep track of certain items for my clients. I also love the ability to manage my social media/online presence from a single location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In thryv's system there are certain details regarding the use of resources for verification, measurement and calculations of scalable database presentations, in which its operation is deficient and not very accessible to carry out independent conditioning's of economic evolution assurance, preventing that an order of response to the operative demands treated by my company can be originated, when trying to authenticate the coordination of collections and digital invoices conceived by the commerce program of my organization. What do you like best?

The CRM tools have been phenomenal. I am always looking for a way to compete with larger companies. These tools allow me to do this. It's phenomenal. I am looking forward to new additions to Thryv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Thryv streamlines activities and provides constant support for business owners. If you have an idea they will curate a way to bring that idea to life. It's easy to manage your client database, social media, payments and more with the THRYV software. The help support articles, chat and live person trainings are helpful. What do you like best?

The integration of critical small business tasks from a CRM to marketing efforts to invoicing is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish there were more fields that could be customization for unique industries (i.e. I wish I could track pesticide usage on my appointments per government mandates, but only a select few businesses using Thryv would ever need this functionality; hence, it would be nice to have some customization fields) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need one place to for a CRM, sales estimates/payments/receipts, control online presence, and handle basic scheduling tasks, Thryv is perfect for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Their customer support is a focal and it shows. From our initial contact with Jesse, to our setup with Nagih, to web design, and our daily interactions with live support. They all go above and beyond to not only help but explain it to make sure you understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Social media plans need work. When creating a post plan, you have to jump between 1 day view, to weekly, to monthly just to get certain things accomplished. Would save time to have all options no matter the view you are in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
