Truly in their own lane as far as third party vendors are concerned, gives ratings on salespeople, allows us to control reviews to an extent. They make it a one stop shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerRater?

As stated in the title, it isn't entirely necessary, but I do think it's beneficial to have. It is a negative for some salespeople and a positive for others, and we enjoy the review capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
