"It covers every billing or receipt report we need."

What do you like best?

They include external links, so that we do not have to load all products in all areas. Easy to download, use and direct, Saves time in the processing of reservations, reports are adaptable, so you can see their figures and statistics. The interface ease is excellent and you can even transfer reservations to other files or replicate reservations / tickets to save time.

What do you dislike?

Need to be more flexible in exchange rates and rules. When the system stops working or the interface box, it causes real problems and prevents us from working on receipts or invoices.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Excellent for creating reports. ability to delve into several fields. Inbox functionality, the various information fields within a folder. Easy to read.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us with reservations and appointments worldwide. The ability to export invoices is excellent, as they can be long. Our reservations are in one place. Our documents are customizable and everything looks professional for the client. Payments can be taken here. Our finance team has easy access

"Dolphin user"

What do you like best?

I work at a warehouse so I mostly use Dolphin to sort out and stow packages. What I like best is that you know the app is always right when it comes to where the packages come from and are supposed to go so it will automatically tell you when there was an error made prior to you getting it or if you're stowing it in the wrong place. Save you a lot of time if you pay enough attention

What do you dislike?

Not many things I dislike about is as it's pretty straightforward but like any app and device it can crash or not scan properly and you have to go back and reload it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It basically helps us to stow packages in a way we always know where everything goes
