## Prompt Health Reviews
  ### 1. Premium Product with Premium Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren P. | Practice Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Integrations, User Interface is simple and easy to train, Prompt support and University are great resources. We are always supported with every question we have had with the resources needed to resolve issues.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

There have been a couple performance related issues recently but I feel like there overall reliability for their product is much better than our previous EMR. The cost of prompt is expensive but I feel like we are paying for a premium product and getting a premium experience. We have been able to offset the costs of some of the integrations like Prompt Plus by using the analytics to ensure we are maximizing billing and RTM codes which have offset the overall cost.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like we have been able to streamline our front office staff significantly. We were wasting so much time previously with scanning and faxing that we no longer have to spend man power on. Additionally our clinicians feel like their documentation time has decreased significantly with resources available to help them maximize their billing.

  ### 2. Excellent subjective notes, but objective section and help resources need streamlining

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren Z. | Physical therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The sidekick does great with taking what the pt is saying and compose a clear, well written subjective section. This is particularly helpful with initial evaluations and subsequent progress notes.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

There are too many subsections in the objective section and this makes it difficulty to find the correct tests/ measurements in order to input them. Additionally, there should be more text boxes. For example, when the gait characteristics are inputted, it is difficult to add other things that are not one of the choices available. If there was a text box after each measure, this would be mitigated. Another example is when there is c/o pain with a ROM or strength measurement, it would be helpful if you could put that this is painful right next to the measurement. Additionally, it would be nice if trunk and cervical AROM could be expressed in %. I created a table to address this, but it must be inputted manually instead of using the AI component. While I know the goals can be inputted in the section that it applies to, but I think it would be nice if all goals could be completed in the goal section. The help feature is poorly indexed. Especially upon starting working with Prompt, I had questions which I'm sure that others had, the index was poor and I could not find the answers easily. To find these answers, I either emailed customer service (& they were very helpful, but not always available when I was emailing) or had to comb through the Prompt U videos (although it was time consuming to find the right section).

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making the input of the subjective information easier and less time consuming.

  ### 3. Prompt Streamlines Workflow Building with Flexible, Consistent Solutions and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica M. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

What I like best about Prompt is how it simplifies the process of building workflows that support our organization's needs. As a Business Analyst, I work with departments across the company to understand their processes and translate them into efficient, standardized workflows. Prompt gives me the flexibility to create solutions that meet department-specific needs while maintaining consistency across the organization, improving efficiency and streamlining our processes.

Beyond the platform itself, the Prompt team has been an excellent partner. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when questions or challenges arise. Our Enterprise Client Success Manager regularly meets with us to review new and upcoming releases, share best practices, and ensure we are utilizing the system to its fullest capacity. I also appreciate that Prompt continually invests in improving the product by listening to customer feedback and delivering meaningful updates that address real business needs.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

At this time, I don't have any significant dislikes about Prompt. My experience has been very positive, and I appreciate that the team actively listens to customer feedback and continues to enhance the platform.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt has helped solve challenges with scheduling, over-the-counter collections, and authorizations by creating more efficient workflows. The authorization workflow has helped prevent denials and improve our clean claim success rate, while the AI scheduling tools have improved scheduling and contributed to better patient outcomes.

  ### 4. More Than a Platform, A True Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth N. | RCM Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

What I like best about Prompt Health is its ability to bring clinical, billing, payment posting, collections, and reporting workflows together in one system. The platform continues to improve, and many of its tools have helped our team create more structure, identify issues faster, and reduce manual follow-up.

I especially appreciate the automation features, claim visibility, customizable reports, tagging options, and the ability to track where claims are within the revenue cycle. Prompt has also created opportunities for our teams to work more collaboratively and improve accountability across departments.

The support team has been responsive and open to feedback. They take the time to understand our concerns, provide guidance, and consider workflow improvements. While implementing a new system requires adjustment, Prompt has shown a strong commitment to helping its clients improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and achieve better financial outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

There is very little that I dislike about Prompt Health. As with any growing platform, some workflows continue to evolve.

What I appreciate most is that Prompt listens to feedback and continues to improve. The support team is responsive, open to suggestions, and willing to work through concerns. Any challenges we have experienced feel more like opportunities for continued growth rather than major limitations.

Overall, my experience with Prompt Health has been very positive, and I am excited to see how the platform continues to develop.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt Health is helping us create a more connected and organized revenue cycle process. It brings scheduling, documentation, billing, payment posting, collections, reporting, and claim follow-up into one platform, which improves visibility across departments.

The automation features help reduce manual work, identify issues sooner, and keep claims moving through the billing process. The tagging, reporting, and claim status tools also make it easier to track outstanding items, assign responsibility, and follow up more efficiently.

Prompt has helped our team improve communication, accountability, and access to information. We can identify trends, review denials, monitor payments, and respond to issues faster. This allows us to make better decisions, strengthen our workflows, and focus more time on improving patient and financial outcomes.

Overall, Prompt is helping us build a more efficient, transparent, and scalable operation.

  ### 5. Easy to Use and Better Than Other Systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luella O. | Collections Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The easy of using the system and it was easier to use that other systems.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

1.	When adding claims to an already established check, it would be nice if you are able to search for the patient not just by name or account number, but by claim number, especially if you have multiple patients with the same name. In this instance, another tab is needed to look into each account to determine the correct account number before adding the claim to the check.
2.	In EOB Upload and Management, it would be nice to link the EOB to the actual payment in Prompt.
3.	It would be nice to be able to keep able to keep a list of the last 5-10 accounts that were recently viewed. There are times that you maybe in the middle of one chart when you need to view another chart and some times you forget to open a duplicate so you lose the first account that you were working on.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The auto posting is very beneficial when going through ERAs and seeing what may potentially need manual intervention. Not having to manually post a Medicare check that is over $100,000 is a game-changer.

  ### 6. Smart SOAP Rewrites, Auto Dictation, and Helpful Billing Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna W. | Director of Physical Therapy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like the smart text rewrite for the SOAP note writing portion as well as the auto dictation. I like that when I put an exercise onto the flowsheet, it gives suggestions for how it should be billed. Minimal outages where we had a couple with the last EMR system. Initial transition was a little rough, but it got smoother with practice.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I wish the search bar for specific aspects of the eval was a little easier to navigate. I also would like if the flowsheets offered higher resistance for exercises as the highest band they offer is green when I have blue, black, silver and gold in my clinic that I use.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it is helping with time management as I can speak quicker than speak which definitely helps with completing notes in a timely fashion.

  ### 7. Easy Plan of Care Tracking and Signature Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather Z. | Receptionist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like how easy it is to track authorizations and follow up on Plan of Care signatures as well as Plan of Care compliance.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Prompt sends out for POC compliance emails to patients that I have unchecked that option on preferences. We like to uncheck patients that we know will be discharging so they don't potentially schedule online. Perhaps a code can be written so that if you see the final appointment labeled as Final appt/Discharge, it will automatically no longer send emails to patients asking to schedule more appts.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely makes scheduling to Plan of Care much much easier than how we did it in the past (manually). I also really LOVE the function of patients being able to fill out their paperwork online. For those that use it, it makes life much easier!

  ### 8. Makes Preparing and Updating Flowsheets Quick and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter B. | rehabilitation aide, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

From an aide perspective, it makes preparing flowsheets for upcoming days or the week very easy regardless of patient load. Also the process for updating or uploading exercises within the flowsheets is simple.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The one thing that stands out to me seems stupid but within the UI, if you hover over patient appts on the calendar it expands them and when you go to check someone in with the green check mark it makes it hard to see who is checked in and who isnt.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I was having was preparing flowsheets for the next day but it taking a lot longer than it should but prompt makes it simple in a way where i can print all flowsheets for any given day speeding up the whole prcoess/setup.

  ### 9. Quick Access to Patient Info with Helpful AI Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C N. | Physical Therapist Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

What I like best about Prompt is that I can access all the information I need quickly. If I need to review past notes or other details about a patient, it’s right there and easy to find. I also appreciate the AI features that support me with documentation and make the process feel more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I dislike how often it logs me out if I haven’t used my computer for a while. I understand it’s for security, but it still annoys me that I have to keep logging back in.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt Health helps streamline communication between insurance, patients, doctors, and therapists. There are also many safeguards in place to ensure that information is communicated to the proper party.

  ### 10. A Must-Have for Efficient Patient Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I really like the AI Sidekick feature in Prompt Health. The fact that I can dictate all of my notes and it will accurately organize them into subjective assessment, objective and plan without much effort is a huge time saver and very helpful to me. It also adds other things that I wasn't even thinking about, and when I use it to record conversations with my patients for evaluations, it captures details that I would often forget to include.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Everything is working pretty well. It would be lovely if the beta feature for Prompt Health expanded. For instance, it is very easy at this point in time to record an eval for my patient and have things like range of motion and strength for a body part be opened up. However, when I perform a reevaluation to add a body part, I cannot simply just talk about strength or range of motion for a new body part and have it automatically opened up. It seems like that feature is still being developed though, and I don't necessarily think this is a problem with Prompt Health. It's just something that they are starting to work on and trying to improve.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt Health allows me to document my patients with higher efficiency and fewer mistakes. I can complete notes with more confidence, submit claims likely to be reimbursed, and learn insurance rules through the system.

  ### 11. Efficient Medical Records with AI Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like Sidekick the most. I like the AI component and how it really cuts down on documentation time. I also like the analytical point of view and how easily it gives you analytics. Sidekick AI just cuts down on our document time, allows us to spend more time with our patients, less time on our computers, and reduces the amount of documentation we take home.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I don't like the interface of the schedule. It doesn't make it easy to count how many visits a patient needs for a progress note for authorization or for Medicare 10. The schedule interface is my least favorite part in terms of how it looks. Also, the initial setup was not easy. The training modules weren't helpful; they felt more like a sales pitch instead of actually walking us through how to use the features. There were a lot of modules, which took a lot of time. It could have been more simplified and efficient.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prompt Health to document patient visits, schedule, bill, and analyze data. The Sidekick AI component cuts documentation time, letting us spend more time with patients and less on computers.

  ### 12. Efficient EMR System with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I appreciate Prompt Health for its AI capabilities that help avoid cloning of notes, and I find the Sidekick app very useful. Being able to dictate through my cell phone while treating allows me to complete my notes in real time. This capability helps me focus more on patient treatment, especially during busy hours, allowing me not to take work home. The initial setup of Prompt Health was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The system has gone down for a large portion of the workday three times since we switched to Prompt Health in March 2026. This was quite a disruption. The Sidekick app often glitches, especially during patient evaluations, forcing me to re-record my dictation. I've recorded entire patient conversations during initial evaluations and when it comes time to process the recording, I get an error message, which is very disappointing and something I quite frankly don't have time for.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prompt Health to document patient treatments and submit billing efficiently. It helps me focus on patient care without taking work home. However, I've faced system downtimes and Sidekick app glitches during evaluations, which are disruptive.

  ### 13. AI Auto Notes Streamline Documentation and Handle Heavy Workloads Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I love the AI feature and the auto note feature. Day to day I use the auto note feature which streamlines my documentation. I am able to better integrate my documentation time into my daily schedule without requiring significant time for documentation in most cases. It does handle heavy workloads fairly quickly which is a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

There are a few times that I notice that the auto note function does not fully understand what I am saying as it does show odd phrases or spells things incorrectly when I know it was spoken clearly and slowly. I do think that aspect could be improved a little bit. I also think that in terms of scheduling there could be more ways to flag directly on the schedule if an initial evaluation is transportation or if there is something that should be known at the scheduling level. I know there are comments but sometimes it is hard to see the comments. For example: if someone is a patient who utilizes the company transportation system I wish there was a way to put that so it shows directly on the schedule rather than in a comment. The color/code of the appointment may show it is an initial evaluation but there are times that the patient is also transportation leading patients to be missed with the transportation schedule.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt is helping to streamline documentation time and also to keep up with plan of care dates and progress notes. I found that it helps me keep better track of these things and I am able to plan ahead better to keep track of when these types of notes should be completed. I also have noticed that I am able to make sure notes are faxed on time which helps me keep track which ones need to be sent. I previously struggled to make sure I was sending my POCs and now prompt does that for me which is a huge help and benefit.

  ### 14. AI/Smart Write and Helpful Checkout Billing Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

AI/Smart write feature; the assistance with billing during the check out phase

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

You have to click too many times to find information; there is no glimpse at a patient's dashboard with all the relevant patient information for example the amount of visits they have had, authorization visit number and expiration date (I find that WebPT had this done perfectly); also it's difficulty to find why patients cxl or any communication notes; everything is click click click; the HEP prompt offers is incomplete, it lacks pictures and instructions, I use HEP2GO to issue to patients; I'm still not sure why there is an objective box as well as separate sections to put all your objective findings in (ROM/Strength/special tests, etc) which one is preferred to be used and does it matter? will this choice affect my insights and audit score?

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI/Smart write has helped me the most, especially with the patients who have been here for a long time (chronic/complex patients); this has improved my documentation

  ### 15. AI Talk-to-Text Makes Notes and Evaluations Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I love the AI talk to text feature. It has made writing my notes and evaluations so much faster and now I don't spend 3-4 hours of paperwork at home doing notes daily. I also like the ability to set up my note ahead of time for an evaluation.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Sometimes it can be confusing to find out the details of health insurances. In our previous system, I could find visit maximums quickly and could let a patient know if they only had for example 30 for the year. Not sure if this is a company setting or prompt, but it is not as clear when they only have a few visits. Also you need to click multiple times to add new appointments to the schedule, which can get tedious.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been great if I have any questions and email back within an hour at the most. For example finding where the ICD 10 codes were, how to adjust a note, etc. They are always very helpful.

  ### 16. AI-Powered Platform Revolutionizes Documentation Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milton M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like how Prompt Health significantly streamlined the documentation process and makes managing flow sheets much faster. The AI documentation tool is a game changer for my productivity, proactively reviewing notes and CPT codes to flag potential errors or compliance risks before claims are submitted. The initial setup was seamless, making the transition smooth for my team.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

When using the sidekick tool on Prompt Health, it automatically populates the last visit, which can be annoying. I would prefer it not to populate a previous note automatically. Also, it tends to terminate early when I'm performing an evaluation, which disrupts my workflow.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt Health streamlines documentation, allowing me to complete patient notes and manage flow sheets faster. Its AI proactively reviews notes and CPT codes, flagging errors or compliance risks before claims are submitted, which is a game changer for my productivity.

  ### 17. Prompt User Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Auto note is very use, especially for IEs. It does a good job for the subjective portion even when the conversation with the patient can be all over the place. It saves a lot of time when completing notes for the IE. If I forget something that was said, auto note will capture it

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I can't view the full calendar on the computer screen (I have to scroll horizontally to see Thurs/Fri). I also have to scroll down to see the the afternoon patients. There is no easy way to see the address or MD name when clicking 'info/edit' from the schedule. I find that when completing notes and clicking through each step, it lags a bit which takes some time.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eligibility of patients is easy to see in a quick view

  ### 18. Tim G Prompt Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy G. | Physical Therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Allowing the talk to text feature is life changing in the amount of time it saves. I also love the on deck feature which allows me to jump between patient charts easily.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I dont like how it can take some time to find the objective measure I'm looking for when completing and eval. It's also difficult create case notes when needed.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficiency. I am able to spend more time on the floor and less time at the computer

  ### 19. Beautiful, Easy to Use, and a Big Productivity Boost with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Physical Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Aesthetically pleasing, ease of access and use, decreased documentation time. Use of AI has significantly increased productivity and performance.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Week condensed schedule does not fit entire screen, AI voice to note populates previous note so adds an additional step when documenting

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The documentation is a large task that demands time from patient care, it speeds the process up so that patients can receive better care and improve time away from work

  ### 20. Accurate AI That Makes Patient Notes Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby B. | Physical Therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt makes writing my patient notes so easy. The AI portion really helps to define exactly what occurred in the session. I am really impressed with how accurate the medial language and terms are.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The only improvements I could see are fixing the schedule to easily change/move the break/lunch spots around.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt is helping solve the long hours of documentation that would otherwise take up my time after the clinic, once the patients have left.

  ### 21. Clinician Prompt review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt’s interface is much easier to work with than our previous EMR system. The AI features have also been helpful, making it easier to streamline our documentation and keep our notes more consistent.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I’ve had a few instances where the auto-note recording didn’t save, especially when I’m using the app on my phone. I’d also appreciate it if auto-note could populate the measurements directly, rather than listing them under the Objectives tab.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt has helped make our documentation more efficient by reducing the time we spend behind the computer. It allows us to spend more time with patients and less time after our shift catching up on notes.

  ### 22. Easy-to-Use Sidekick AI That Quickly Generates Goals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Physical Therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Ease of use of sidekick AI feature and it's ability generate goals.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Sometimes AI sidekick does not always populate the data into the proper category and recognize the data. Exercises need more photos to more easily generate HEP's. Insurances that require auth are harder to find out how many visits pt's has used and have left.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made documentation quicker with better grammar and wording.

  ### 23. User-Friendly Scheduling with Handy Fax-from-Chart and Fax-from-File Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pamela y. | front desk, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

It’s very user-friendly and makes it simple to schedule appointments. The fax-from-chart option is a great feature, and I use the fax-from-file function all the time.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Honestly, there isn’t really anything I don’t like.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of auths from MVA and WC is a great feature. It makes it easy to send the auths out on time, so you don’t get stuck without an auth.

  ### 24. Easy Note Writing with Professional AI Polish

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina J. | Physical Therapist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like how easy it is to write notes and how AI makes it sound more professional

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Changing the schedule blocks is complicated. And finding certain objective measures in the eval portion is a little bit difficult.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I did have issues, Prompt was very prompt (lol) with helping me figure out the solution. Typically took about 1 day to solve the issue.

  ### 25. Streamlined SOAP Note Writing That’s Easy to Follow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis R. | Clinical Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like the streamlining of the entire note writing process. The SOAP format is easy to follow and edit as needed.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I don't like that I have to constantly highlight and delete items from previous notes if I accidentally click out of the selected window. I also don't like the searching for exercises that I haven't favorited.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making documentation more timely and consistent

  ### 26. Easy to Use, Time-Saving, and Packed with Helpful Sidekick Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hani R. | Physical therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

can be very lengthy in documentation and you can carry over information for old case when the patient return back with the same condition or post surgery.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

improved my documentation skills and make it easy to have my notes done

  ### 27. Auto Notes and Voice-Logged Measurements Save Time on Documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The auto note feature, and being able to speak our measurements so they’re automatically logged in the appropriate sections, helps tremendously with documentation and the time it takes to do notes.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Some of the downsides are the glitches—for example, patients not being able to fill out the outcome measurements, or they submit them but it doesn’t record in their chart. I also wish there were options to add goal measurements, edit goals, and edit the actual exercises on the flowsheet instead of having to delete them just to add a modified version. Also, the theraband section in the flowsheet only goes to green; it should include more colors like blue, black, and grey, etc.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that stronger documentation with the AI suggestions helps us avoid denials.

  ### 28. AI-Powered Notes Make Documentation Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian L. | Physical Therapist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Use of AI to help with notes makes it much faster to complete all note types (daily notes, evaluations, progress notes)

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Reduce amount of clicking needed to complete notes. It takes up extra time.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI use to help re-write bullet points for notes for subjective, objective, and assessment helps streamline notes

  ### 29. Incredible AI Dictation and Auto-Notes That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The dictation and Auto-note tools which, utilize AI, are incredible time-savers, letting me maximize my data input and then consolidate it into concise, clear prose. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and allows me to generate documentation with greater speed and fluidity. Their chat support has been quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

No complaints at this time. Everything is great.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to spend more time with patients because of the time efficiency while documenting. It is able to process my sessions quickly and accurately.

  ### 30. AI Features and Auto Notes Keep Our Documentation Accurate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I love the AI features and the auto notes, which help ensure we have the best and most accurate information for our documentation.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The exercise section is the main issue for me. I prefer not to use Prompt when creating a home exercise program for my patients because there are no pictures or descriptions of the exercises.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prompt helps with the chart-auditing feature to support our notes, especially for Medicare patients, so we can make sure our documentation isn’t denied coverage.

  ### 31. Sidekick Makes Documentation Effortless with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer G. | Regional Directors, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The AI generated software Sidekick for ease of documentation

The flowsheet pages can improve and the HEP picture component

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the ability for the therapist to spend more time working on their patients and less time documenting

  ### 32. All-in-One Clinic Management with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy D. | Co-Owner/Physical Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The system brings together all clinic operations on a single platform, making management much more streamlined. We were able to bring billing back in-house. The reports generated offer precise data, and I have experienced little to no downtime throughout the workday. Prompt is consistently focused on enhancing the system’s efficiency and accessibility. Our onboarding specialist, Jami Swedick, was amazing and continues to be a priceless client success manager to us.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Additional services are offered at an à la carte price, which limits our operational ability due to the financial challenge. I would prefer if all services were simply included with Prompt membership so we could optimize the robust system in its entirety.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on adjusting the scheduling grid to allow for a 20-minute time interval, as this would better align with our scheduling needs. Additionally, I appreciate the ongoing updates and improvements to the documentation templates, which help to reduce the time required for documentation.

  ### 33. My review of PROMPT EMR

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

I like the sidekick feature for documentation, as it allows me to be more engaged with my patients during evaluations. I like the way the AI rewords and predicts terminology I will use as defensible documentation.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I do not like the way the "schedule" is set up as I find it difficult to edit. If I am working different hours one week it is not very easy to adjust the schedule. If I am working at multiple clinics on the same day, it gets messed up when creating working hours in one clinic and then looking at the other clinic's schedule.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of patient's compliance to their prescribed frequency.

  ### 34. User-Friendly Dashboards and a Great Support Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jodie P. | Director of Contact Center/Patient experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

User friendly. Good Support team
Love the dashboards

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Not many downsides to using the system. Just learning the ins/outs of the system

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great up updating features. Scheduling has been a huge help since we moved over

  ### 35. Physical Therapist

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

It's more efficient and more accurate thanks to sidekick.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Too many alerts for patients and if they schedule themselves online, the times are incorrect as we do 20 minute blocks and they can schedule anywhere. So instead of scheduling at 1:40 or 2:00, they wind up making a 1:50 appointment and then we have to manually change it. Makes no sense.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes me more efficient and more thorough with my paperwork.

  ### 36. Revolutionizes Clinic Efficiency for Therapists, Patients, Administrators, Billing, and Owners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney T. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt Health is super compelling if you want a modern, efficient, AI-first EMR that reduces administrative burden and helps therapists focus more on care.
Choose Prompt Health if:
-You want very modern, AI-driven documentation to save therapist time.
-You're committed to reducing admin staff workflow.
-Automation is a big priority (billing, scheduling, plan-of-care compliance).
-You have a small-to-medium clinic and want a system that helps scale efficiently.
-You value strong customer support and a company that's perceived as responsive.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

There is nothing we regret about switching to utilizing Prompt.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue Leakage / Margin Compression
Many clinics leave money on the table because of denials, inefficient billing, or poor documentation. Prompt helps reduce that.

Their RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) service uses AI to flag coding or eligibility issues before claims go out, helping prevent denials, leading to faster reimbursements.

Better documentation accuracy (with AI / coding support) helps improve collections.

Administrative Complexity & Fragmented Tools
Many practices use multiple disconnected systems (scheduling, billing, documentation, patient communication), which increases complexity, training burden, and risk of misalignment.

Prompt consolidates these workflows in one platform: scheduling, documentation, billing, patient engagement, reporting, etc.

This reduces the overhead of switching between systems and lowers the cognitive and operational burden on staff.

Therapist Burnout / Documentation Time
Therapists often spend hours outside clinic time finishing notes. Prompt’s AI-powered documentation (intake auto-population, ambient listening, smart templates) drastically reduces the time needed to document. 94% of our clinicians finish notes during working hours, which helps with work-life balance.

By minimizing admin burden, therapists can focus more on patient care rather than paperwork.

Patient Drop-Off / Plan-of-Care Adherence
Clinics lose patients when they don’t book follow-up visits, don’t adhere to their plan of care, or fall off. Prompt’s automation helps here.

Features like online scheduling, automated reminders, smart waitlists, and eligibility tracking help keep patients engaged and committed.

Their dashboard gives a “command center” view so clinic managers can proactively identify at-risk patients, underbooked cases, or authorization issues.

Lack of Real-Time, Actionable Analytics
Without good metrics, clinic leaders may make decisions based on outdated or disconnected data.

Prompt provides dashboards and reporting that surface key business and operational KPIs: utilization, cancellations, authorization risk, billing performance, etc.

This helps managers “manage objectively” rather than guess or rely on Excel exports.

Cash Flow / Billing Efficiency
Claims are pre-checked in real time for coding compliance, payer rules, and eligibility — reducing denials.

Prompt’s RCM service doesn’t just “submit;” they follow up on denials, manage AR, and automate patient balance collection (text/email statements).

Because billing is tightly integrated with EMR workflows, cash flow and collections can be smoother, faster, and more predictable.

  ### 37. Innovative EMR with Rapid Updates and Outstanding Client Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kallie S. | Director of Clinical Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Prompt consistently challenges the standards that most other EMRs have come to accept as the norm. We are continually impressed by how frequently they release updates and introduce new features. Their strong connection with clients and dedication to advancing the profession remain central to their mission, and it shows in everything they do.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

Prompt offers a wide range of valuable features and frequent updates, which require a dedicated operations team to implement them promptly and maintain consistency in best practices given the pace of change. The client success representatives at Prompt have been outstanding in helping us stay focused and make steady progress toward this objective.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of ambient scribe technology, AI-driven workflows, and seamless integrations with essential tools has helped reduce the administrative burden for both providers and front office teams. These features work well alongside the main product, enhancing overall efficiency.

  ### 38. Revolutionizing Rehab: Effortless, Innovative, and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason C. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the seamless integration across scheduling, documentation, billing, and reporting has elevated every part of our workflow. Prompt is powerful, intuitive, and constantly evolving. The frequent updates are thoughtful and innovative with features that show they’re not just keeping up with industry needs—they’re staying ahead of the curve.
Prompt’s customer service is truly exceptional. Every interaction—whether through chat, phone, or email—has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping our clinic succeed. They listen, explain, implement, and consistently exceed expectations. Prompt has streamlined our operations, strengthened our team’s efficiency, and is helping to reduce the administrative burdens that plague our field.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

We’d love to see a native CRM built directly into Prompt—complete with Kanban boards for managing the entire intake funnel from lead to eval. Having this level of visibility and workflow tracking inside the EMR would eliminate the need for external tools and create a truly end-to-end operational solution.
A streamlined mobile version designed specifically for quick, on-the-go documentation would be a game-changer for therapists who frequently move between treatment spaces and work in dynamic environments.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating scheduling, documentation, billing, and reporting into one intuitive platform, they’ve eliminated the need for multiple disconnected systems. Our team spends less time on admin and more time with patients.

They’re also solving the problem of outdated EMRs. Prompt’s modern, constantly evolving design means better workflows, smarter automation, and features that truly match how rehab clinics operate.

Their integrated billing tools have improved cash flow with faster clean claims and clearer revenue-cycle visibility. And their exceptional customer service solves the long-standing issue of EMR providers who don’t support their users—Prompt listens, responds quickly, and genuinely partners with us.

It makes note-writing much easier and saves me time on documentation, which lets me spend more time with my patients.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved efficiency with documentation

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

The sidekick is very helpful in writing up Initial Evaluations

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

I think you have to click with the mouse too much, it hurts my elbow, so I am trying to learn to click with my left hand. Also, when we print the flow sheets, it often goes onto 2 pages. I think it would be helpful if the flow sheets did not have the sections for Clinic Details and Case Details, so that all of the exercises could fit on one page.

Helpful in creating goals at the initial evalutaion

  ### 48. Intuitive Experience and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Owner, Physical Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Prompt Health?**

Intuitive user experience, integrated technology such as the AI sidekick tool, and really effective and responsive support staff. Implementation is really seamless, and their onboarding team has really thought of everything. I use this software daily and I've had a really great experience with this so far. They also have a lot of good partners for integrating features such as faxing, merchant processors, RTM features, and home exercise program softwares.

**What do you dislike about Prompt Health?**

The onboarding process is extremely thorough, and for a small business owner that runs a solo practice, it can be very daunting. Cash-based billing features still need to be developed to make it easier for practices that are not billing insurance. Last thing I would say is that I would love other options to integrate with merchant processors. They only allow for one vendor at this time.

**What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My operations have been really streamlined with their automations and AI features. Documentation is much easier than it's ever been, and I don't have the same issues with their AI sidekick tool that I used to have with separate softwares that ran in a separate chrome extension. Furthermore, my patients don't need to download an app to view their home programs nor online booking. It's pretty seamless!
