What do you like best about Visitor Queue?

If you're site gets a lot of visits, you will get a lot of leads. When you finally do get help from customer/tech support, they do fix the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitor Queue?

Customer / Tech support is lacking. Can only email them. There is no chat function and no one to call. Can be very frustrating when there are issues that need to be fixed such as not being able to add other users properly, accounts being deleted, and the system blocking us from new leads even after upgrading.
