Retention for the win. Or at least we thought?
It does what it says it does to a certain extent, but for us the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Pros are recovering a few lost shoppers. Cons are platform costs and damage to your deliverability and domain reputation. We also found lower conversion and engagement and misleading attribution claims.
