**What do you like best about EmpowerID?**

EmpowerID is easy to use with great flow of customer support to the features it provides for cloud security. It's implementation is easy to recognise for identity management and security of cloud. I have used it many times.

**What do you dislike about EmpowerID?**

EmpowerID is hard to integrate with other services of cloud.

**What problems is EmpowerID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmpowerID is heading towards the right direction in solving modern tech problems mostly related to privacy and security through authentication tools. It benefits not just me but almost everyone who uses it as it provides a secure place for their data to be stored and privacy is considered.

**What do you like best about EmpowerID?**

Love the way it simplifies employee relations and helps us manage employee data seamlessly. It is solving a lot of use cases for different industries. It improved productivity and enhances the employee performances metrics.

**What do you dislike about EmpowerID?**

It has a low-grade UI which does not make me feel comfortable sometimes. It should offer compatible UI with simple drag and drop functions to create reports and do analysis

Employee management, Policy & Role Management, Workflow Management, Employee Satisfaction, Entitlements and many more

I did not like the management console which could have been better in terms of UI

**What do you like best about EmpowerID?**

It's a cool platform for identity management for different accounts, policies, access compliance. It enables access management based on roles for different users and also helps us track activities from various users.

**What do you dislike about EmpowerID?**

It lacks some of the international protocol for security and availability and is a little less secure as compared to RSA, Okta, Sailpoint, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering EmpowerID:**

Please work on security compliance to make it little more secure.

**What problems is EmpowerID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using EmpowerID, I tried solving the issues for identity management for managing different users and specifying their IAM roles. The benefit includes scalability, user identity management, tracking user activities.

**What do you like best about EmpowerID?**

Our EmpowerID team, upon implementation, helped us to create custom workflows for onboarding/offboarding our employees and contractors. The power of the automation behind these workflows save our staff many hours.

**What do you dislike about EmpowerID?**

Appears that the organization is development oriented and not support oriented. Difficult to receive consistent, reliable support. 

**What problems is EmpowerID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing SSO and authentication into multiples resources for both internal employees (AD users) and external customers (non-AD users). RBAC for assigning automated permissions to resources. Automated workflows for onboarding/offboarding is a great benefit to our organization.
