Employees enjoy it more than just a lecture. It also has examples that are accurate for current times so it has adjusted to modern technology examples. The employee feedback we have receivued has been positive. **What do you dislike about Traliant?** No issues so far. All the things we've come across have been addressed by the support team. The second rollout was a little more complicated but the support team guided us through it. The admin side of it though could use an update because with the actual training being so modern, the admin portal just seems a little outdated complared to everything else. It would also be beneficial if the rollout was automated. These trainings have to be taken every two years. Right now we have to manually roll out the training every two years. It would be nice if the system could tell when the two years are expiring for an employee and that it would automatically send an email that their training is coming dur again so that they could log in and take it again. **Recommendations to others considering Traliant:** Ensure the examples that are used in the training match your industry and are accurate for current times. You also want to make sure that when you are setting it up, all employees are categorized correctly so that the rollout accurately assigns the employee and manager versions. **What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?** It satisfies the legal requirements in California. The training is interactive and keep employees engaged. We have notice it does take longer than the one and two hour requirements but the majority of employees don't seem to mind. We have gotten positive feedback from employees about the content. ### 7. I had to go elsewhere for this training last year because there was no new production. With Covid, I understand...and was reassured that there would be a new episode this year, which there is! The most annoying was to have to "assign" the work to myself and then be reminded to meet my deadline. But guess what! We both felt we learned something new from the training. Good points were made about issues many of us tend to take for granted. We acquired some new vocabulary. We even received positive feedback from several employees that this required training was actually enjoyable and educational. **What do you dislike about Traliant?** There was nothing to dislike, we had a great experience with them last year and will be using the platform again this year. **What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for an online training platform that would satisfy harassment training requirements across all states and jurisdictions as we are a national company. The content of the videos also isn't as "painful" as some others I've used. Pricing is nice. **What do you dislike about Traliant?** Hm. OK. Where do I start? 1. Most of these reviews occurred within a few days of each other. Either they paid customers to leave them (trust me, it happens) or they're fake. 2. We're an infosec company. Traliant, DO NOT SEND PASSWORDS IN EMAIL. Even initial ones, ESPECIALLY if they're all identical (which they are). This is security 101- do better. This is now a running inside joke for our company. 3. Admin aspect sucks. You can *add* people, but not remove them, and if you buy a set course, you can't assign only certain videos (for example, we required employees to pick 3 of 5 videos to complete, but they get "harassed" by Traliant to complete the other two, because there's no way to turn it off). Also, the training and help section for admins consists of some info re: password resets, a couple FAQs, and a support contact form with an 8 business hour SLA. If your knowledge base is non-existent, you need to have live chat with support or a better SLA. Good thing I haven't had an urgent problem. Overall, this checks the boxes I need, but I'd rather 1) pay more or 2) have worse content for a better developed system. **What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?** DEI, compliance ### 14. In situations where versions matter (i.e. trainings required for legal compliance), their dashboard makes checking version & assigning updated trainings **What do you dislike about Traliant?** The transition to self-service for assigning trainings has been great (see above!) - my primary complaint is that there isn't currently a way to self-service manage/remove learners from courses. **What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traliant has solved our challenges with tracking and updating compliance-related training (i.e. safer workspace) - we're saving time and attention that are now focused on other higher-ROI projects. ### 31. The content is of a higher quality than others I thought too - although in general, I think compliance trainings in general can stand to be more engaging and entertaining. **What do you dislike about Traliant?** I guess just that compliance trainings in general aren't the most engaging and interesting courses. I think Traliant does better than others, but at the end of the day, it's still compliance trainings. **What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need especially workplace harassment training, but then we're also liking what they have for bystander intervention, and other inclusivity topics.
