The curriculum that Tralient produces is articulate, current and clear. They reinforce their materials with quick quizzes and discussions. I learned what I needed to know about diversity, inclusion, and managing conflict within a few focused hours. I also chose to work with a study partner (a friend who had similar learning goals as mine) to help drive home the content. She agreed with me that our choice to use Tralient was a solid one. Very cost effective too. 

I would suggest that you set learning goals ahead of time so you can fairly evaluate the value you have received.
