"A great all-round service"

What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I use StackAdapt daily and the best thing about it is the customer service - with particular shoutouts to Callum, Trevor and Bea - who are always on hand to answer any queries and give practical and tactical advice, and always in a speedy timeframe. Nothing is ever too much to ask.

The platform itself is super easy to use and the range of different options (Display, Native, Video, DOOH, Audio, etc.) make it our go to multi-channel platform.

The StackAdapt pixel is easy to install and gives us lots of additional targeting options and the audience inventory is vast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything I Want"

What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt is an incredibly easy to use platform with acutal human beings that you can get on the phone when you need help. It's everything I want and nothing I don't. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt has amazing features and integrations for Omni-channel campaigns. They are always upleveling the platform and doing things to help users. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

StackAdapt is currently working on their Healthcare data integrations to help with audience building and reporting. This helps tremendously with our Healthcare campaigns. In general I would say SA is always working to update partnerships and integrations, which help us a lot to suite the needs of our clients and their marketing efforts. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The StackAdapt team itself is the platform's biggest strength in my opinion. They will often lean in to operate as an extension of our team, which as a member of a small agency adds incredible value. One of the quickest intro to live media timelines I've ever been a part of and for multiple clients.

We're also targeting a specific / niche customer base and appreciate the variety and depth of options we have available from an audience and inventory perspective.

Cross channel integration has also been a big win - being able to buy DOOH, Display and CTV all in one spot for large awareness campaigns allowed us to maximize our budget vs. splitting it across 5-6 different vendor partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have one client with very specific customer targeting which we're able to support with the depth of audience and inventory options, as well as layering in browsing habits.

What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I enjoy the ease of use that SA offers. The customer service that I received from the APAC team, including Grant and Berina has been nothing short of incredible. Their level of care and attention to detail has really helped my agency deliver the best possible results for our clients. They are always there to assist and provide solutions whenever I need them.
