**What do you like best about Ringover?**

It is very intuitive, easy, and self-implementable, and if help is needed, there is very good support. We use Ringover daily as a telephone system integrated with Odoo, and it works wonderfully.

**What do you dislike about Ringover?**

The license costs are calculated per user, which can quickly become expensive for large companies. However, the positive aspect is that it is an all-in-one solution: no additional SIP trunk is needed, and everything can be handled directly through Ringover.

**What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a complete telephone system that could ideally be integrated and connected with our new ERP odoo, and that's exactly what we got with Ringover.

Honestly, I have no criticism. The service has been great.

We recently migrated our telephony system to RingOver, and what we initially anticipated to be a complex project turned out to be smooth and highly successful. The transition was seamless, with all our users able to transfer their numbers effortlessly from our previous vendor to RingOver. They now enjoy easy access to their new virtual and web phones, which has effectively centralized our phone functions and recordings.

An added benefit was the opportunity to implement new features such as SMS, WhatsApp, and AI-powered call summaries—features we didn't have before. Throughout the process, we received excellent planning, guidance, and comprehensive training for both our administrators and users.

The post-implementation support from RingOver has been exceptional. Their support team consistently goes above and beyond to resolve issues, assist with configuration, and ensure our team is well-trained.

We are extremely satisfied with our decision to choose RingOver for all our telephony needs and highly recommend their services.

The only area for improvement is the inability to send SMS to numbers in the French overseas departments and territories, which can be limiting depending on the needs.

We've been incredibly impressed with RingOver - it's hands down the best communications platform we've used.
From the start, the set-up was quick and effortless, and the user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for the whole team to adopt.

One of the biggest wins for us has been how seamlessly RingOver integrates with our CRM.
The sync is flawless, saving us time and improving our workflow efficiency across the board.

If we could add the RingOver app to a couple of devices, this would be ideal but I understand the logic behind why it would be only allowed on one mobile device to stop misuse.

Integrates with bullhorn ATS.  Nothing else.

**What do you dislike about Ringover?**

Terrible experience with ringover from the start. You have to pay upfront for a year and we complained about the background noise from the start and they continued to tell us it was on our end until they finally admitted that they had a problem. We have already paid and they're not willing to do anything for us. 

I don't know how this company is still in business when Zoom phones are a third of the price. Definitely do not recommend!

It's not benefitting us we really hate the product even though we are stuck with their subscription until the end of the year

**What do you like best about Ringover?**

We recently started using Ringover at Artic Agency to streamline our communications — both internal and with clients. The onboarding experience was very smooth, and the platform is intuitive and easy to adopt. The integration with our CRM (Clientify) and Google Workspace helps us keep everything connected, and the call quality has been excellent so far.

As a team that mostly works remotely but also spends a few days at the office, we appreciate the flexibility of using Ringover across devices. It allows us to keep a professional image while working from anywhere.

We’re still exploring some of the advanced features (call routing, analytics, SMS campaigns), but overall we’re very happy with the decision and can see it supporting our growth.

It's expensive compared to traditional VoIP services.

Now with Ringover, we can manage all calls through a single platform, with clear visibility of call history and performance. It also helps us integrate calling with our CRM and Google Workspace, so our team has better context and can deliver a more consistent client experience.

For a hybrid team like ours — mostly remote but with regular in-office days — Ringover gives us flexibility and mobility while keeping a professional image for our agency.

We have been using Ringover for several months and we are fully satisfied with it. The interface is smooth, intuitive, and very easy to handle, even for new employees. The call quality is excellent, interruptions are rare, and performance tracking is clear thanks to detailed statistics.

**What do you dislike about Ringover?**

The tool is overall very good, but a few points can be improved:

The dashboard could offer even more customization to track KPIs specific to our activity.

Some advanced reports lack flexibility, especially for exports.

Notifications can sometimes be a bit too numerous or poorly prioritized.

That said, the product team is attentive and regularly updates the platform, so we remain confident about the improvements to come.

I love the Ringover interface, it was one of the decisive factors in choosing this service. The initial setup was very easy, which made the installation a hassle-free experience. You have your work phone through a platform, which has an app for both the laptop and the cell phone, allowing you to keep track of your work calls from anywhere and keep it separate from your personal life. It is easy to use, you can set your work schedule, it is affordable, and the calls work with excellent quality. Additionally, if you have offices in several countries, you have access to multiple numbers and can have them all on the same platform with excellent customer service.

Creating the account wasn't that easy, nor was adding new users or the hiring process; there are processes that are not very intuitive. However, the human support from the sales and support team made the process feel accompanied and always attentive to what was needed.

The difficulty of having numbers for each team member for professional purposes, to avoid using their personal phone, but without having to buy additional equipment and make a contract with a phone service. Through the platform, it was very easy and works perfectly to keep work and personal life separate, just by installing the app on the laptop and the cell phone.
