It's easy to understand how to use it, and there is material that is updated to help you learn to take advantage of it. Creating workflows is still a good experience. **What do you dislike about Clientify?** The new platform has worsened almost everything. Price: It used to be the best cost-benefit option. Now they made the mistake of increasing the price by almost 70% compared to the previous Enterprise plan. System: - Now, every click reloads the page, making the experience a loss of productivity. - The WhatsApp Business line, when connected, is immediately blocked by Meta (I understand they are not partners). - The API integration of other functionalities like AI agents for voice (DAPTA) is a nightmare. - They have two modules that make it difficult to understand where the client is managed: Communication/inbox and Social Networks/social inbox. This helps with tracking the history of our communications and also helps in strategizing subsequent interactions. **What do you dislike about Clientify?** Clientify is automate some of the most tedious processes, it is not capable of handling extensive sales funnels. This makes it difficult to make the sales process more unique and follow leads through the sales funnel. **What problems is Clientify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want a stronger sales pipeline with active lead management, it might be preferable to look for other tools. Clientify has helped me in the management of my clients, and it cuts across the slew of time in my daily business. ### 6. It has powerful levels of information such as identification of visits, process automation, email marketing, landing page, creation of user segments, categorization of Leads by digital actions, surveys, among other things. **What do you dislike about Clientify?** The only thing I could mention as not to my liking is the colors of clientify, they are very cold. **What problems is Clientify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clientify helps in the management of automation and management of Inbound Marketing for customers. ### 11. This helps a lot as a salesperson to have a more realistic view of the productivity being achieved. It also has a lead score system, where leads coming from paid campaigns can accumulate a score depending on the interactions they have, thus indicating whether it is a more or less qualified lead to buy. This score is determined by visiting our blog, interacting on social networks, etc. Additionally, the lead can be subcategorized as cold, warm, and hot. On the other hand, from marketing, it was possible to perfectly connect to the paid campaigns and assign automations for the creation of activities, the registration of the lead's interaction, and even a qualification from the sales department that remains in the contact's record. **What do you dislike about Clientify?** The notifications for overdue activities are not "eye-catching," so it's easy for them to pile up in sales. It has some areas for improvement, but overall it is a great middle ground between functionality and ease of use. **Recommendations to others considering Clientify:** The support area is impeccable. In all my software searches, I have found that the problem is usually usability + poor technical support. With Clientify, I was always able to contact them directly whenever a question arose, and I had no major problem resolving it. That helped me implement the system quite quickly and adapt to it when I migrated from CRM. **What problems is Clientify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Something that often becomes a problem is qualifying the leads we generate in the marketing area and not being able to align with the variables provided by the sales area. With lead scoring, we can have a clearer idea of the quality of the lead we are providing to sales, and if the sale does not happen, it could be an issue with the lead or the salesperson. Additionally, it helps to keep a more precise track of the leads that remain as contacts versus those that are real business opportunities. It also helped me provide more arguments to break the ice and gain the lead's trust since we can talk a bit more about the articles they have visited on the blog or the social media posts they have interacted with. ### 12.
