What do you like best about Clientify?

The support is good, but the new platform makes you request a lot of support. It's easy to understand how to use it, and there is material that is updated to help you learn to take advantage of it. Creating workflows is still a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientify?

The new platform has worsened almost everything.

Price: It used to be the best cost-benefit option. Now they made the mistake of increasing the price by almost 70% compared to the previous Enterprise plan.

System: - Now, every click reloads the page, making the experience a loss of productivity.

- The WhatsApp Business line, when connected, is immediately blocked by Meta (I understand they are not partners).

- The API integration of other functionalities like AI agents for voice (DAPTA) is a nightmare.

- They have two modules that make it difficult to understand where the client is managed: Communication/inbox and Social Networks/social inbox. (clients are constantly confused)

- It happened to me that I loaded a contact, saved it, and due to a failure (I suppose the server crashed) I couldn't find the manually created contact again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientify?

I am also able to record all my communications with potential leads and customers which includes emails, messages on social media. This helps with tracking the history of our communications and also helps in strategizing subsequent interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clientify is a CRM tool that allows you to automate digital sales processes both by profiling customers as well as actions and tasks for users. It has powerful levels of information such as identification of visits, process automation, email marketing, landing page, creation of user segments, categorization of Leads by digital actions, surveys, among other things. What do you like best about Clientify?

From the sales side, I really like that you can visualize the activities to be done and drag them through a kind of funnel, where you can keep a daily control of what is happening with those activities and thus not miss any follow-up. This helps a lot as a salesperson to have a more realistic view of the productivity being achieved.

It also has a lead score system, where leads coming from paid campaigns can accumulate a score depending on the interactions they have, thus indicating whether it is a more or less qualified lead to buy. This score is determined by visiting our blog, interacting on social networks, etc. Additionally, the lead can be subcategorized as cold, warm, and hot.

On the other hand, from marketing, it was possible to perfectly connect to the paid campaigns and assign automations for the creation of activities, the registration of the lead's interaction, and even a qualification from the sales department that remains in the contact's record. What do you dislike about Clientify?

The notifications for overdue activities are not "eye-catching," so it's easy for them to pile up in sales. It has some areas for improvement, but overall it is a great middle ground between functionality and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
