The support area is impeccable. In all my software searches, I have found that the problem is usually usability + poor technical support. With Clientify, I was always able to contact them directly whenever a question arose, and I had no major problem resolving it. What problems is Clientify solving and how is that benefiting you?
Something that often becomes a problem is qualifying the leads we generate in the marketing area and not being able to align with the variables provided by the sales area. With lead scoring, we can have a clearer idea of the quality of the lead we are providing to sales, and if the sale does not happen, it could be an issue with the lead or the salesperson. Additionally, it helps to keep a more precise track of the leads that remain as contacts versus those that are real business opportunities. It also helped me provide more arguments to break the ice and gain the lead's trust since we can talk a bit more about the articles they have visited on the blog or the social media posts they have interacted with.
