There isn't much to dislike, but the platform can occasionally feel a bit slow to load, especially when pulling up detailed reports or larger document files. Also, the mobile app is pretty basic compared to the web desktop version. What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

As a small people team supporting employees across multiple countries, the biggest value is that Atlas takes the employment and compliance weight off us so we can focus on onboarding, manager support, and retention. Having a dedicated point of contact who knows our setup matters more than any single feature - questions about payroll or local employment terms get answered quickly instead of stalling. What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

Cost is worth watching - it was part of why we chose Atlas, and it's something I revisit from time to time as we grow. That said, I weigh their support at the same level, and the support has been strong enough that it stays a real part of the equation. The one operational thing I'd love to see change is payroll timing: Atlas wants payroll processed by the 10th for end-of-month pay, and being able to process later in the month would give us more flexibility to manage cash flow. "Clean, Smooth UI Experience—No Major Downsides Noted"

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

Clean UI, so it provides a clean and smooth user experience. We have used them for a while and will continue to use them for a while yet as long as nothing major changes. Integration into our current environment was seamless, we have never to this day had any complaints or *issue with performance, pricing is extremely fair considering the offering from the competition, we have a good relationship with the support team and they work well with us to resolve any small greviences efficiently, we are yet to completely delve into the ai tools but is has been named a focus for this coming quarter, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

The website is quite intuitive and most of the features are easy to access. The homepage is really neat and minimalistic, and the "Profile" section has all the data and any details related to it in a properly categorised manner. I also like how the documents have been neatly categorised into different sub-folders. The "Learning" module is really helpful in accessing the Udemy learning portal without any hassle. There is not much to dislike, it seems okay to me. Although at times, the links take a little more time to open, so there is a lag time between clicking and actual execution. Atlas has helped me with managing all my employment-related information in one place. "Costly, But Reliable for Global Payroll"

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I appreciate that usually things go smoothly with Atlas HXM, and I get paid on time. It's nice not to have much interaction with them because that means they're doing their job well. The log-in process is easy, just a click from an email, which means I don't have to remember a million passwords. They are usually very responsive to my emails if I do have questions. What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

The fees charged by Atlas HXM seem excessive, especially with a pay cut of over $500/month USD for just one employee's payroll management. In addition, there were difficulties with the Peruvian tax system not being understood or applied correctly, which led to further reductions in pay. The service provided is quite basic, mainly focusing on receiving money from my company and paying me, with minimal HR support in other areas.
