What do you like best about Phonexa?

I really like how Miguel is always ready to help us and is just one call away. He is very patient in assisting us, especially me, and we've been working closely to help me understand how our parameters were originally set before I started working in the company. Phonexa intelligently routes our transfer to the correct buyer, keeping in mind the parameters we set. Also, the initial setup was very easy because Miguel guided us through it. What do you like best about Phonexa?

Since joining, the customer service has been next level. I've migrated 3 systems in to one, with a tight deadline, and the team have been able to assist me in getting this done with no issues whatsoever. When I have questions, I often receive video tutorials so that I can save them in case I forget next time around. I can't question the service at all, it's been excellent. What do you dislike about Phonexa?

I wouldn't say that there is anything that I specifically dislike, there are a few things where I feel it might be better (for me) if it behaved different, and I often raise these points. Easy to navigate and understand where each of the components for Lead Tracking, Management and reporting can be found. I like the fact that our account management team not only are very supportive but they guide you step by step on each of the components you are looking to integrate, launch or manage. Still using Phonexa 4 years later and I still love it. It's only gotten better and is still the best product on the market for my business IMO. Sara Vinson is my rep and she's amazing. What do you like best about Phonexa?

What I like best about Phonexa is the flexibility of both the platform and the team behind it. The platform provides everything I need in one place and offers a wide range of powerful features, which makes it easy for me to have full control over how I distribute and sell my leads.

I especially appreciate the Integration Builder, which allows me to connect Phonexa with almost anything I need. This level of customization and scalability is a big advantage and makes the platform suitable for both current needs and future growth.

On top of that, the support team is truly outstanding. They respond quickly, have deep knowledge of the software, and consistently go beyond basic support by offering helpful insights, suggestions, and alternative solutions. I would especially like to recognize Gonzalo, Tori, and Ruzana for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Their support has been exceptional and clearly reflects how skilled and committed the Phonexa team is. Working with such a high-quality team makes a big difference in the overall experience. I would appreciate a complete update of the UI that maintains its simplicity while introducing a more user-friendly design. Adjusting the color scheme or incorporating rounded corners could make a significant difference. Additionally, adding animations where possible could enhance the overall experience. What do you like best about Phonexa?

We have been working with Phonexa for over 7 months. Luciano Marelli was assigned to our Phonexa account. He built multiple integrations and connected them with our complicated system in no time. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, but he also took the time to understand our specific needs. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Lusiano answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything works properly between Phonexa and our company. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for your best interests, but that’s exactly what you get here.

I highly recommend Phonexa to anyone looking for the best way to get leads at a better price!
