What do you like best about JazzHR?

I was able to create an easy-to-use, mobile optimized application that does not require any log-ins or password creations. I met my applicants where they are...primarily on their phone! The workflows were easy to create and implement and my Onboarding partner at JazzHR was with me, every step of the way. The new hires flow easily back into ADP...it's a win-win! What do you like best about JazzHR?

It's very intuitive and user friendly. I also like the control I have over workflows. I like being able to export information in various formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

I still really wish that there was an option in jazzhr to make a sound notification for text messages without having to go to the external website for that feature for texts. I wish the user had more control about the appearance of advanced reporting. For example all of the statuses we have cannot fit on the page. We would have to abbreviate all of our status titles.

I'd love to be able to see a little bit more of the background calculation process for the time to hire reports and those like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JazzHR?

The reporting features in the standard plan are very limited. It’s hard to extract actionable insights without upgrading, and I’d love to see a basic recruiting funnel and more customizable metrics included by default. The interactive and live classes that Jazz offers right at the beginning are GREAT for getting started. The on-demand classes and tutorials have made the transition to this platform a breeze. Keeps me organized. Everything is in one place, and with just a click or two, I can get the info I need. Plus, it lets me know if someone has previously applied.
