-Streamlines data collection and removes the need for our staff to individually meet with project managers for project updates.
-Ability to create new fields/data points that we wanted in our dashboard.

We have only completed one workflow using Clearpoint, but my main feedback so far would be:
- We have projects that overlap with another department in our organization. There was miscommunication in that initial workflow, mainly that project managers not intended to be in our workflow were included due to project overlap with the other department. I now know how to avoid this, but wish the roll-out went a bit smoother and staff wasn't unnecessarily prompted to provide updates.
- Wish there was the ability to "hide" or remove fields in a project page that do not pertain to the data points we are asking from project managers. It can be difficult to train staff how to use a new program when it's visually overwhelming/lots of fields we're not using.
- There should be an easier way to alphabetize/sort projects by title
- Status Indicator is difficult for staff to find/not intuitive to edit. Maybe it should be a field like "End Date" or "External Status Update" so it's easier to find without having to press the edit pencil for the dropdown menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
