What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR has been a crucial part of streamlining our recruiting process. JazzHR is solving the challenge of managing a high volume of applicants efficiently while maintaining a professional and consistent candidate experience. Before using JazzHR, I spent way too much time manually tracking resumes, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling interviews. Now, with JazzHR's automation tools and customizable workflows, I can quickly screen applicants, communicate with them at scale, and move top candidates through the hiring pipeline faster.

"Stopping Giving me Applicants Before end of Subscription"

What do you like best about JazzHR?

Affordable, but not applicants after subscribing for a year. They got me to do the yearly subscription and then took my applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

JazzHR only gave myself and my other coworkers applicants for the first 6 months of our yearly subscription and then did not allow us to cancel our subscriptions so we paid over $1,000 per person for no applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I emailed them several times and they told me they could not help me with my issue and that I would have to contact the boards directly to have it resolved even though I was paying them to be the "middle man" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
