What do you like best about JazzHR?

It simplifies the hiring process with personalized workflows for text and email, job postings, and job analytics to assess the effectiveness of your post. Its platform saves time and reduces the "noise" of unqualified or out-of-area candidates haphazardly applying to your job and being charged for it. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

It lacks advanced AI-driven candidate matching and seems limited in the integrations I’m using. It forces an odd offloading process, exporting candidates in a CSV report, requiring another app to transfer the data. While it’s designed to be a standalone platform, it needs updates to support all necessary features. Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase. - Going back to the original list when merging candidates

What do you like best about JazzHR?

Affordable, but not applicants after subscribing for a year. They got me to do the yearly subscription and then took my applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

JazzHR only gave myself and my other coworkers applicants for the first 6 months of our yearly subscription and then did not allow us to cancel our subscriptions so we paid over $1,000 per person for no applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

Some applicants send their applications twice (or more) for the same role. It would be great if they get a message that they already applied for the role and need not send another.

I am looking to generate a report to a more detail report like date on those shortlisted based on gender. But we can't. This would be great if made possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR has helped us tremendously to keep track of the hiring process. I appreciate the automations and how easy it is to set them up. We were finally able to get away from paper and have streamlined our processes. Once the initial setup wad done and I had everything organized the way I wanted, it had saved so much time. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

We had some problems with “connectivity issues” often at the beginning. No real solution was given, but the problem eventually ended after several months thank goodness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do.
