It lacks advanced AI-driven candidate matching and seems limited in the integrations I’m using. It forces an odd offloading process, exporting candidates in a CSV report, requiring another app to transfer the data. While it’s designed to be a standalone platform, it needs updates to support all necessary features. Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase. I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do.
