"A really useful tool"

What do you like best?

It's a simple way to extract your conversation data from Intercom. We found it useful to generate insights into what our customers were telling us, in order to inform our priorities.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it takes some time to get a report - but that's often the case when generating reports from Intercom anyway. Not a huge problem.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understanding what our conversations with customers were about, to identify trends and prioritise our roadmap.

"A great experience with IntercomExport"

What do you like best?

A very Helpful tool and great team, we had an issue while exporting conversations for deleted users, but after communication with the team, it was quickly fixed.

What do you dislike?

Nothing for now, but if the exports can take less time it would be great

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Monthly detailed reports for our leads.

- Monthly calculations for invoicing with our Outsource call center.

"Fantastic service"

What do you like best?

Easy to use. Took 5 min to get all of the data I needed.

What do you dislike?

Had some issues logging in at times. If this happens to you, just try again and it will work.

"Insightful, easy to use service"

What do you like best?

Easy export to CSV file allowed us to run our own specific analytics on bulk data collected through Intercom conversations. Liked the flexibility involved here.

What do you dislike?

Incompatibility of emojis in the download. Created extra characters that confused the dataset sometimes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understanding customer response times by different demographics allowed us to get useful and actionable metrics of engagement. We could also run natural language processing analysis to understand key themes within conversations.
