How easy it is to use, how it auto maps the fields, and how it matches so far at like 99%.

I use Versium for consumer data appends for mobile phone numbers. The match rate is solid and the accuracy is very good. Interestingly, the alogorithm is able to find the right people or relatives even when the source file name is misspelled. It seems to use some fuzzy logic that has gotten me in contact with people my competitors cannot find. The value on the pre-buy credits and ability to do small batch appends are key. I also like the suppression lists. More expensive platforms don't offer that and make me buy records I have already bought unless I dedupe manually before append. I only use self-serve platforms so I can stay on my own work schedule and ahead of my competitors.

What I like most about Versium is how excellent the UX is. It's extremely user-friendly and the website is well-designed. I enjoy using it compared to the other skip-tracing software I've used in the past because it also allows me to upload data without having to do too much scrubbing allowing a more efficient process for me. Small details like having our data come back in proper case is helpful too. The variety of data we can pull from each service available in Versium REACH is also note-worthy. Lastly, I love the customer support provided by Alex Murphy. He's always one message away, always willing to help, and responds promptly. Overall, I'm satisfied.
