Bring them behind the scenes of your program so they can truly add value with their strategic guidance. Don't use them just as administrative helpers, although they are great at that too. While we love the working relationship that we have with Spotlight, using their Oz tool for tracking analyst interactions and recording insights has at times been a little tumultuous. Spotlight has many large and small clients and this is a one size fits all kind of tool. I think there have been times that our company and team have stretched the Oz tool beyond what it was originally intended to do. I will say that Spotlight has tried to be very proactive about addressing concerns with the tool when they have arisen.
