They are invested in our success, and bring a level of operational discipline to the program. They are easy to work with, flexible, and always eager to help me problem solve. **What do you dislike about Spotlight | Analyst Relations?** There are times when I forget Spotlight is an external agency (this is a good thing!) - however, sometimes that leads to more steps or guidance when I am working with them. **Recommendations to others considering Spotlight | Analyst Relations:** Bring them behind the scenes of your program so they can truly add value with their strategic guidance. Don't use them just as administrative helpers, although they are great at that too. They are a team that we can have every day or difficult conversations with as we navigate the world of AR. We appreciate their sound advice and hard working "can do" attitude. **What do you dislike about Spotlight | Analyst Relations?** While we love the working relationship that we have with Spotlight, using their Oz tool for tracking analyst interactions and recording insights has at times been a little tumultuous. Spotlight has many large and small clients and this is a one size fits all kind of tool. I think there have been times that our company and team have stretched the Oz tool beyond what it was originally intended to do. I will say that Spotlight has tried to be very proactive about addressing concerns with the tool when they have arisen.
