In general terms, I think they are working hard but not at enough velocity. Another point is that tech support is not what I expected for a first-class platform like Lotame. They are super focused on the tech aspects and not the outcome as itself. Also, when comes to LatAm customers, they don't have so much knowledge that several features don't work there and it's a pain. The knowledge library is extensive and customer service is unbeatable.
