When Facebook announced they were dropping their advanced targeting and third party vendors, we were in a bit of a panic, but with our strong partnership with Oracle and their strong partnership with Facebook, we were able to maintain strong, detailed targeting with Facebook ads. Their customer service team and partner reps are extremely responsive and helpful, helping solve any issues or glitches come up quickly.
The switch from their data living in Facebook natively to living outside the platform and being imported in has been complicated and complex. I'm not sure how much of the issues are springing from Facebook and how many are from Oracle's side. Getting everything switched over has been a long and complicated process, but the team at Oracle is very responsive.
The support team at Oracle is phenomenal and their trainings are top notch. The data they have available is second to none and has really helped improve a lot of our Facebook ad campaigns. The data gave us better results when paired with Facebook's advanced targeting, before Facebook removed their data, but Oracle's solution is better than the alternative - not having good targeting for ads.
