**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Everstage feels lightweight and impressively fast—you can connect it to Salesforce in no time, and the data refreshes almost instantly without long loading times. The interface is very user-friendly, so it’s easy to navigate and manage commissions efficiently. I also appreciate how intuitive the dashboards are; I can track performance and insights in real time without needing much setup or training.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

One thing I think could be improved is the ability to connect Data fields—especially the datasheets—with the other object, Quotas. Right now, that isn’t possible, but having this functionality would be extremely helpful. If I could calculate everything directly within the datasheets and then link the relevant source to the Quotas object, it would remove a lot of manual work and make the overall process much more efficient.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Salesforce works seamlessly and updates almost instantly, which really helps keep everything accurate and up to date. The tool is user-friendly and requires minimal training, which is great for both managers and end users. Once data linking between datasheets and quotas becomes available, I think it will be close to a perfect solution.

We’ve been using Everstage for about 2 years now, and it has proven to be a very intuitive and user-friendly platform. I really like it because it’s easy to navigate, which makes managing my sales commissions straightforward and stress-free. The accuracy of the calculations is spot on, so I always feel confident that everything is being handled correctly. It’s clear the platform was designed with the user in mind, offering a seamless experience that genuinely helps simplify the commission management process. Nothing really comes to mind. So far, I’ve been pretty happy with it and haven’t run into anything that feels like it needs improvement.

Everstage has made a big difference in how we handle commissions. Before, my manager was doing everything manually, and we often didn’t have a clear view of where we stood with our commissions. It was easy to get a bit lost in the details. Now, with Everstage, we have a much clearer picture of our earnings, and everything is organized in one place. It’s definitely helped to streamline the process and make things easier for us.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Everstage makes my compensation as a seller easy to understand and track. Compensation plans can be overly complex, but this software helps me clearly see how I get paid and which factors affect my commissions.

Everstage also provides my team with a single source of truth for all performance metrics, which helps me better understand where I stand and how I'm tracking for career progression

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

We weren’t able to pull any of our historical data into Everstage during the transition, which has been frustrating. It’s created gaps in our YoY reporting, although this should iron itself out over time as we build more history in the system. Overall, I’d just say to be prepared for the change management costs that come with the transition. 

The tool is also very limited in its AI capabilities

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage was brought into my organization to solve the problem of payment transparency. With its direct integration into Salesforce, it’s given me a single source of truth for sales performance and compensation. I can clearly see exactly how I’m pacing against my monthly and quarterly quotas, which used to be siloed across different reports before we onboarded the tool.

Beyond the software’s easy implementation and smooth integration, Everstage’s Customer Support has been exceptional. They consistently point us in the right direction and respond quickly to any questions or issues we run into.  The software ease of use and implementation has been a huge winning factor.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

We’ve been using Everstage for less than a year, and we haven’t had any issues with Everstage calculations. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be the ability to create or update the out-of-the-box dashboard more easily. The out-of-the-box dashboard is nice, but it doesn’t fit every role.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage is benefiting our Sales team by providing up-to-date commission calculations within the same month, rather than having to wait for manual statements that arrive 2–3 weeks after month-end. It’s helpful not only to have statements readily available, but also to give the Sales team more confidence in how their commissions are calculated.

I’ve recently started using Everstage, and it’s already helping me get a much clearer picture of my incentive structure. I really like how simple and clean the platform feels, it doesn’t take much time to find what I’m looking for, and the insights are pretty straightforward. I just wish the data refreshed a little more often, live updates would make it even better. Apart from that, it’s been a really good experience so far. I’m super happy with how easy it is to use and how well it works overall.

also first time I have seen where it starts calculating this month based on days so far in month

so much better than any tool i have ever used
but I always want to see a take home estimator after taxes

Im sure theres plenty of data to support everstage paying for itself in that an ee can see their payout. quickly and easily.

Motivating ee's to sell..... Tool like this which was designed to be VERY easy to use is a great tool to enhance productivity... if you can get ee's to log in daily to see their earnings ( for better or worse) thats what keeps a sales person going....

Everstage not only shows what has been earned, but also enables us to forecast future commissions on in-flight deals, which has been incredibly valuable for planning and motivation.

Reporting flexibility: This may simply be a reporting configuration or permissions setting, but as a manager, the ability to pull quarterly commission and attainment reports would be extremely helpful. Currently, I’m only able to view a monthly snapshot, and I haven’t been able to find a way to adjust the timeframe to see performance rolled up at a quarterly level. Having more flexible date-range and reporting options would make the tool even more valuable for management and forecasting.
