everstage isnt necessarily solving a problem, but it is a nice platform that shows me what im getting paid for compensation and gives me peace of mind that things are not falling through the cracks that are well deserved.

Everstage is the best. I've used quite a few commission tracking systems and this one takes first place by a far. It updates daily and is very easy to use. I like that you can go back to previous months/quarters and compare them side by side.

Nothing! I have no complaints about the program.

I used to track my commission on an excel sheet, but now that I have this I can ditch the excel sheet and don't have to worry about the data being erased.

The support they give is very good, fast, and honest. They really take your suggestions to heart and do there best to implement any ideas for the platform you give as well as always improving the platform.

There is a big learning curve on how to use it properly to get the most out of it.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to make changes to plans within minutes or hours instead of weeks compared to the way we do it now. Easy for us to run spiffs for our salesman and more visibility of there commission for the salespeople.

Integrates well with our CRM, shows your performance vs target in great detail, makes it clear what you are due to earn based on current performance. It's also easy to use (we use seamlessly at least once a week), with great UX/design.

There is occasionally a slight lag between CRM and Everstage, but never for more than a few hours

Honestly, not too many downsides of Everstage. Everything has been smooth sailing since my company started utilizing the software.

My overall experience with Everstage has been great. Compared to our previous platform, it's much more intuitive and user-friendly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to track my commission earnings, everything is clearly laid out and accessible.

There’s nothing that immediately stands out as a dislike. However, one improvement that would be helpful is adding the ability to click on a payout in the Payouts Tracker and be taken directly to that month’s or quarter’s deals for more context.

The best thing about Everstage is an almost instant recognition and calculation of sales commission. No longer do we need to waste time collating sales information, having it verified through management and deal with problems. It is calculated automatically.

I can't actually think about any downsides of Everstage other than having to pay for it, but that is very likely to be offset from lost time and miscalculations.

The pop-ups keep appearing as help and cannot be turned off. "Commissions are not final and are subject to change until the statement is locked. Items such as deal netting, manual adjustments, territory verification, etc., are not live in the tool" is stated above.

With the quick overview in the dashboard, you have everything at a glance and can make decisions more quickly as a result.

All rather linear. Diagrams / charts would make things more visual.

we perform scans for everstage and from a security standpoint the interface is clean and easy to navigate, which made onboarding pretty straightforward. Setting up integrations and running initial tests didn’t take much time, and everything worked as expected without major issues.

from a cyber security perspective the web could use more customization options in the reports

The reporting dashboard is well structured and easy to navigate, which makes reviewing performance and addressing discrepancies faster. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had a query during setup.

I like how user friendly the platform is--makes it super easy to look through different statements and find what I am looking for.

I am easily able to see my commission from each month, as well as the quarterly statements. The data has never been wrong, since it's being pushed through our other platforms, which seems to integrate very easily.

I like the breakdown of my commission and where the money is coming from. Everything is very easy to read.

It takes a while for my pipeline number to actualize making my actual commission different at the end of the month. I wished the intergration with salesforce was more synched up.

What I like best about Everstage is the real-time visibility it provides into commissions and performance. The platform makes it easy for both reps and managers to track incentives transparently, which has significantly reduced back-and-forth and improved trust across the sales team.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

The overall experience has been great, but I’d love to see faster response times from support during high-volume payout periods. That’s when small issues can feel more urgent.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage has helped automate and simplify our entire commission management process. Earlier, calculating payouts involved manual effort and back-and-forth between Sales Ops and Finance. Now, the process is transparent, error-free, and real-time — giving our sales reps complete visibility into their earnings and reducing administrative overhead significantly.

Quite intuitive, easy to navigate, did not have any training required. The connectivity to salesforce seems good, all deals seem to be reflected within 1-2 days.

Outline when quarter ends. It was supposed to be 30th September, but after logging in today, it says its still open? Creates a bit of confusion as quarter has closed

Excellent customer support team. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and responsive

Databooks are a little confusing, and the reporting module is overly complicated.
