I like how user-friendly the layout is. There are clean statements that make tracking and validating commissions simple. I like the customization options in the plans and manual adjustments. The time to sync is extremely slow, and the inability to load or lock/unlock statements while a load is happening is very frustrating and leads to bottlenecks on even small teams.
