**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

I like the customization. The fact that you have the basics there and given to you and then it's up to you to utilize it to the best of your ability. The different ways to report and show reports through a dashboard to help keep a visualization of your goals and progress throughout the days, months, years, etc. All the ways to connect through API with all their partners is a plus. Customer support has been only getting better, The workshop recently put on shows they care.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

Revanova is great for all it's features and customization, but with that comes issues naturally. Things will break and you have to fix them and if not it could take some time out of your day. It is not the easiest system to learn if you are not very IT inclined already. Having Trailhead programs will help you better you knowledge on terminology and how to do some of the basics.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the problem we had about getting everything centralized into one system. We can house our sales, logistics coordinators, track and tracing, accounting, and CEO all in the same system with different roles and responsibilities.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

I love the ease of use and the ability of Revenova TMS to bundle all of our carriers into one big pool for any location throughout the United States, allowing us to utilize them again efficiently. The customization feature is especially beneficial, as it allows me to create different pages and filters tailored for each customer, enhancing our ability to manage and display the information needed for specific loads. This is incredibly helpful when creating projects for loads and customers, keeping everything centralized, and making updates easy. I also find that each load board being customizable improves my workflow significantly, making it simple to adjust and see the things I want with ease. Moreover, switching to Revenova TMS from our previous system was largely due to its superior customer handling capabilities and faster operations.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

I find it frustrating that adding a document to each load to be sent to the driver, alongside the BOL, incurs an additional cost. This should be a free service, as it is essential for the drivers to have these documents when needed. Also, while the initial setup wasn't overly difficult, it did take about a month and a half to get everything situated to the way we wanted it.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revenova TMS to bundle carriers into a single pool for efficient logistics service across the US. It's user-friendly and customizable, helping manage loads and customer projects effectively with tailored pages and filters.

What I like best about Revenova TMS is how seamlessly it brings together all the essential components of TMS systems in one intuitive platform. The system is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to train new team members and keep operations running smoothly. Its real-time visibility, automated workflows, and deep integration with Salesforce create a powerful environment where we can manage loads, carriers, quotes, and customer communication without ever feeling bogged down

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

The only challenge we experienced with Revenova was during the initial onboarding phase. However, we onboarded nearly six years ago, and their customer support team has expanded tremendously since then. Based on how much they’ve grown and improved, I’m confident the onboarding process is far smoother and more efficient today.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenova TMS has helped us eliminate the inefficiencies that come with managing transportation operations across multiple disconnected tools. By centralizing everything from load management, carrier communication, quoting, documentation, and customer updates it creates a single source of truth for our entire team. This has drastically reduced manual work, minimized errors, and improved our response time internally and with our customers.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

I love how Revenova TMS makes building, booking, and organizing loads an absolute breeze, enhancing our logistics operations' efficiency. The user-friendly interface of the platform is remarkable, offering simplicity across the board, which is a significant advantage for team collaboration. Additionally, its customization capabilities are highly appreciated as we can personalize the Home Screen and various pages to align with our workflow, making them as simple and efficient as possible. The initial setup process was incredibly easy, supported by a smooth training phase, which ensured that our transition was seamless. The stark contrast to the outdated and non-customizable system we used before, Aljex, further highlights how valuable Revenova TMS is. I am more than willing to recommend it, rating it a solid 10 for its performance and adaptability.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

Being within the Salesforce architecture allows for a lot of customizability. Also, Revenova does a good job overall of updating and releasing new features and stay in cadence with the Salesforce quarterly updates.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

There is a relatively high cost since it is part of Salesforce and add-ons introduce more cost. It is almost like Revenova is simultaneously too much and not enough. When something needs to be customized, a flow is easy but apex classes are tougher. Since Revenova has a number of managed packages, if you add on, during a new release, it is tough to know what might break. The last thing is the documentation. A lot of it is outdated or not geared towards tech savvy people.

The ability for customization and the cloud. Being able to create flows and alerts makes it easy to enhance features.

I really appreciate how helpful and insightful the team at Revenova TMS is. Whenever I encounter an issue, someone from their team always reaches out to me on the same day, which makes dealing with any complications much less stressful. Additionally, I value the great range of tools available as they all perform excellently, and everything being customizable allows us to adapt the system to fit our needs perfectly. This customization is vital as it supports our ability to scale and grow our operations effectively.

The setup of Revenova TMS was a challenge, as it took a few months to become fully operational, primarily due to the customization needed to suit our organization's preferences.

I use Revenova TMS on the brokerage side of a 3PL and find it significantly more capable than our previous TMS. The standout feature for me is the automated documentation process, which has streamlined a lot of tasks. Additionally, the system's ease of use is remarkable; it's very easy to navigate and find what I need within the platform. Overall, Revenova TMS has proven to be a lot better compared to the older version of Salesforce we were using, and it integrates well with other software tools we use.

I use Revenova TMS for its enhanced capabilities over our previous TMS, specifically its automated documentation process, which is easy to use and navigate.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

The best parts about Revenova are the customization options, including page layouts, profile/user management, permissions structures, and integration potential. API integrations in particular allow for a highly agile environment, such that even if Revenova can't solve a problem, you can connect to tools that can.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

What I dislike most about Revenova TMS is that its various customizations within the Salesforce platform can trigger all sorts of errors and problems that can be tedious to diagnose. Certain features will spontaneously stop working with updates (i.e. LaneIQ, Freight Plan related things). Another thing worth mentioning is that it is rather resource-intensive to manage optimally. As a relatively small broker, Shaker does not have a large development or IT resources with which to construct solutions. Only now are we looking at properly leveraging outside resources to meet our goals.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to our previous TMS, Revenova is vastly superior in terms of EDI capabilities, API connections, workflows (i.e. load building). Salesforce native reporting features are much better than what we were accustomed to, and the ability to export data to platforms such as PowerBI make sharing data and insights much easier.

You can customize Revenova with the use of drag and drop flows so you don't need a dev team to make necessary changes.

We have used Revenova for about 5 years and it has been very beneficial to our company.  It continues to be more efficient with updates and we continue to find more of its streamline capabilities. The customization possibilities are endless.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

I put this as a pro, but I feel its catch 22.... the customization with rules and flows can get so detailed that I feel its hard to keep up with.

We use Revenova for a TMS after having a proprietary TMS.  We do not have any current problems, however we are looking at reviewing all the flows and rules that we have in place to see what best practices are after updates

Revenova is the Swiss Army Knife of transportation TMSs. Any thing you can think of, can generally be done.

With complete customization can come a steep learning curve at times. A user can learn the basic functions of how to perform their role in Revenova fairly quickly, but learning how to truly operate it can take quite a bit of time studying.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

What I like most about Revenova is that we can manage almost everything in the system on our own. In daily operations, it’s easy to use, and we can adjust individual views without having to change the entire setup for every user.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

What we’ve found challenging about Revenova is understanding how to set up configurations on our own. It feels somewhat complex at a “programming” level, because for example, generating a report involves many different elements, and if some of them aren’t in place, they need to be configured. But configuring them isn’t straightforward—you have to go into other submenus, and it’s not very intuitive. If someone doesn’t explain how to do it, it’s really difficult to figure it out on your own.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a high level, it helps us coordinate shipments, manage them, review costs, sales, and NR. Reports, dashboards, and visibility into how the business is doing by account. Specifically, as a pricing tool, it doesn’t help me much yet; I only use it to calculate mileage.

I love that you can customize the TMS to match almost exactly to what you are needing for your particular business model. This has been extremely helpful in our company and has given us the freedom to grow the business to where it needs to be. We also love the reporting aspect that Revenova has to offer and that all the information is literally right at your fingertips. You can easily see how your sales teams are operating and what changes need to be made to scale the business.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

I don't believe that there is any perfect system out there on the market. All business models operate differently, but  I will say that this one comes pretty darn close for us.

Great visibilty for all our end users, no matter what their job is in a particular office.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

Revenova checks all the boxes for what you'd need in a TMS. It's cloud deployed on the Salesforce Platform, has native integrations to the cream of the crop in logistics specialty partners. Their base deployment is easy to use and understand. They are actively releasing upgrades and their roadmap is clearly published and can be influenced by customer feedback. Your level of customization in this TMS is only limited by your business acumen and technical expertise.

It truly can be customized and adjusted to handle any scenario. Make sure your follow platform best practices and document your changes to avoid any tech debt down the line.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

It is based on Salesforce which gives the posibility to highly customize it and manage high volumes of data. Every functionality built in the Product it's focused on the need of the Transportation industry and their customers.
As a company, they have a great Customer Service system and their employees are quick and usefull.

The documentation could be better written in order to reach a broader audience.

Having a functional and fast TMS with all the functionalities needed and constant updates to the product

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

We implemented Revenova and Accounting Seed at the beginning of the year.  It is very user friendly and we love the customization we can do on our own.  They are also very willing to help us out with programming that we need them to do.  They listen and they want to make their product better based on customer feedback.  The switch to Revenova has been a lifesaver for our business.  Jason Skorczewski is an awesome trainer.  Very patient and great at answering our questions.  Very willing to make himself available when needed.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

The Truck Ordered Not Used process is clunky for us but we make it work.  Wish the ability to market to carriers was stronger.  Our implementation was a little rocky due to having a new employees but Jason was able to step in and get us back on track.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of load entry, marketing to carriers, EDI, contract management, dashboards, etc.
Revenova has made us more productive than our last TMS.  Basic load entry is much easier and more efficient which frees up time for our employees to work on finding more business.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

Revenova is a very customizable product that gives brokers and carriers the freedom to apply their product in a way that works best for their business needs.  Having complete control over page layouts, automation, and integrations allows our team to operate efficiently and effectively in a way that works best for them.  We've found the Salesforce platform very easy for new users to learn and most new employees are up and running within a couple training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

Like any TMS there are areas that could use improvement, but their support team is generally pretty good about handling customer requests and implementing features that benefit the end user.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With other TMS systems that we've used in the past, all were very rigid and we found ourselves changing SOP's to fit their mold.  With Revenova we have the ability to develop our own processes and procedures to save time and make better informed decisions throughout all levels of our business hierarchy.  They provide product updates every quarter, which allows us to stay current with any new features and improvements.  Customers are also allowed to access the product via portal communities which can provide them quotes, shipment tracking, and document retreival in a site that is easy to navigate.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

The ability to make Revenova work in the way that works best for your business is what will continue to set Revenova apart from others. As the admin, I have the ability to make changes in the system to ensure that the system fits our workflow rather than the other way around.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

I don't have anything currently. It used to be the need to constantly ask support for support, but now the learning center is full of information that answers the majority of the issues/questions we might have.

Open API allows us to integrate vendors without having to go through a process with Revenova directly. This has allowed us to automate more which in turn allows my people to do more revenue producing activies!

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

Being on the saleforce platform allows us to customize in ways no other TMS platform has enabled us to do.  It's not just the platform though - Revenova has thought out the architecture of their TMS and understands logistics.  Tying our own stuff into it, while not without challenges at times, usually goes really well.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

While Revenova has vastly improved their help line and organization of tickets and customer requests, we'd like to see a little more action and turn around on some of our customer requests.  In Revenova's defense, they have grown a lot and have a lot of different, competeing demands.  What is most important to us may not be the highest priority amongst everyone using the product.  It's a difficult balance to strike.

The needs of our company are far and wide.  Revenova's product and support continually enables us to make the changes we need in order to streamline our business processes and maximize our business potentail.  We have new ideas and new challenges every day and I'm continually amazed how much we can do on this platform.

The reporting features of Revenova are endless. We love being able to create customized reports easily and quickly. Also, their customer support team is awesome.

There are a few features that we were accustomed to coming from our previous TMS that needed some customizing. It does not integrate directly with Quickbooks as we had hoped.

We feel that Revenova is a great platform to grow with. We are smaller but growing rapidly. We believe Revenova has the perfect capacity to accomodate our growth plans.

I love the customization and automation we have been able to deply through Revenova. The more you invest into it, the more you will be able to get back out.

There are some data limitations due to Salesforce, but so far we have been able to find workarounds.

It lets you see everything all at once in the same screen allowing for complete visibility and access to anything that is needed. It is very clear on what is needed once training on it is given.

There are many different ways to do the same exact thing by clicking through different screens. This creates confusion and makes it very hard to standardize training for new users.

It is our platform for day to day operations and load organization. We run everything in our business through it. It is a key part of organization and how we develop our customers and relationships with our carriers.

if you are literate with the salesforce, you will have humongous advantages in this tms. however, there are so many things that brokers dont use that probably shouldnt be there

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

the menus are pretty big. I know the administrators use most of the features but regular users can mess up the tms with little effort

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

everything what a broker needs, tracking, tendering the load, copy a load, integrate with other apps to get the documents, the flow of the accounts... I would say that for the back office is really advantageous

Sometimes there are certain errors with adding amounts to loads where I have to go back and remove them, or sometimes the dashboards will load very slowly.

Rev is extremely customizable and allows us to report on basically anything we want. We upgraded from Turvo and this system provides so much more visibility on every level of the business.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

Visually not that appealing and load times can be a little annoying. It's never really bad load times, but I work in a fast-paced environment and it can take a bit longer than I would like at times.

Reporting is the main reason we switched to Rev and it has been extremely beneficial. It took a little bit of effort to learn how to generate the reports, but once figured out it is extremely helpful.

Revenova is a great tool to organize and search for anything that I require in the workplace. It is fast and efficient in its search function and returns my queries when I need them.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to ascertain if a search went through and saved my work progress on it. And sometimes during peak hours, it can be a bit wonky and suddenly close a window that I was typing in.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenova TMS is solving the difficult workload that I have to manage by making it easy to find the needed data and change rapidly as it comes onto my dockett. I do not know how I would manage without Revenova.

I like that the TMS is built on the Salesforce platform- CRM and TMS are on same system so less switching back and forth

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

Forced updates move you to a product that you dont agree to or like. A lot of clicks to get to get load info. Poor layout. Lack of customization. Constantly adding and taking away features.

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their support team is good but often times limited on what they can do within Salesforce. Container tracking built-in is beneficial if we can get it to work (in progress)

The configurability of the Product is very good.

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

There is NO help ticketing system in place.  The only way to get help is to send an email to help@revenova.com -- no feedback or ticket # is assigned -- and they get back to you when they get back to you.  Since no ticket # (why would someone who implements solutions within Salesforce NOT be using Salesforce cases ??) there is no way to reference a particular problem -- other than the subject line of a prior email.

Also, no way to escalate issues.  No way to see what has been answered in the past -- i.e., list Open/Cancelled/Resolved Tickets.  How is the customer supposed to confirm/deny that the support contract is being followed.

Basically, their Help system is totally inadequate.

Performing transportation management manually and by relying on spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Revenova TMS?**

Revenova is a useful TMS software. The reports you can run on it to find specific carriers is very nice. The layout of it is nice. I like all the hyperlinks that are available to make jumping around the page easy. 

**What do you dislike about Revenova TMS?**

I don’t like the way the drop down arrows with the different views works on the main load screen. It’s very confusing to sort them the way you want if you have more than a few views. 

**What problems is Revenova TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at a brokerage so we run our entire business off of revenova. It allows us to easily manage our loads and what step in the process it’s in and easily access info about that load.
