As a brand with a lot of SKUs, effective recommendation has always been something we've thought about. We had a solution before that was baked into a CDP and while we thought it was doing "okay" we didn't realize how much we were really missing out on by taking a proactive approach to personalization. Crossing Minds’ approach to helping us solve for personalization and recommendation has totally changed our perspective. We used an off-the-shelf solution previously but it wasn’t the best fit for what we wanted to achieve and/or track. Really helpful tool to use in conjunction with Klaviyo. You plug Crossing Minds into Klaviyo and they will provide recommendations which are based on how each customer interacts with your products. I like that you have control over what products gets prioritized and you can change that based on your priorities, i.e. inventory or seasonal items. In the past we used cookies or other views like most popular or new items as a form of personalization. However, with CM we are able to take stock of what a customer is actually interested in or looking for when serving them recommendations.
