The team and support are incredible, and the application across all our channels effortlessly despised our needs' uniqueness. **What do you dislike about Crossing Minds?** Not much, the capabilities of their solution might seem a bit intimidating at first during a demo, but the support and tailoring of the solutions genuinely make it up for it, and this after 1 week of working with them. **What problems is Crossing Minds solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working in the food and beverages (even alcohol) industry, the possibilities for personalization and GDPR compliance in Europe are limited. We needed a solution that could scale and be tailored to our unique customer behaviors considering the data we could get from them. We had a solution before that was baked into a CDP and while we thought it was doing "okay" we didn't realize how much we were really missing out on by taking a proactive approach to personalization. CM is able to achieve that for us in ways that really improve on our average order value and revenue. **What do you dislike about Crossing Minds?** Nothing major to report. Crossing Minds’ software was tailored to what we needed and we got a lot of transparency into how our data was being optimized to give our customers a better experience. Maybe the self-serve aspect of things at first, but the results are so worth it that this never was an issue. The only slight downside is that they are mostly based on the other side of the world, meaning the occasional delay in response.
