What do you like best about D·engage?

We have now started using in-app feature and it's given a huge boost to our conversion rates. Timely action in mobile app business is crucial and that's what the in-app feature enabled for us. Don't get me wrong, we already have a solid set of marketing journeys within the platform, but in some scenarios we needed to act just at that exact moment to catch the window of conversion. What do you dislike about D·engage?

I am still waiting on more user friendly and frequently released training sessions and/or videos :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is D·engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We benefit from Dengage's rich platform & expertise for both our operational and strategic communications.

As a LIVE & interactive wellbeing platform, instant communication with our users & instructors are crucial for our operation, Dengage never fails us on that! In this scenario, mailing and PNs are a life saver.

And for more long term and strategic marketing communications, they offer the best journeys, easy to implement even for our not expert tech-savy marketers... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
