I like how Constructor uses AI and machine learning to always show the most relevant results, never showing 'no results' but instead products close to what the user searched for. It creates automatic rules for synonym words and searchandizing based on user behavior, which is really efficient. The analytics are very detailed, providing valuable insights into user journeys and needs, which we use in reports for other departments. I appreciate that after doing some initial work to set the base, the AI takes over from there. I also like the support from the Constructor team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The algorithm does not always catch-up fast. So we might see wrong, irrelevant or not complete results for a long period. We also have a problem with transliteration from English to Greek and vice-versa. The thing that Algolia does better however is that any rule I applied would work instantly. In Constructor I have to wait from 5 mins to more than half an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
