What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

Our collaboration with ContactPigeon has been consistent and easy to manage from an agency perspective. We work with the team across several shared accounts, and even when it’s difficult to join scheduled calls, communication continues through phone and email with no issues. The team is responsive and pragmatic, which helps when priorities shift or quick decisions are needed. Earlier this year, we also onboarded our own agency website onto the platform, which gave us a more hands-on view of the tool and reinforced our confidence in using it for client work. What do you dislike about ContactPigeon?

Due to busy schedules on both sides, we don’t always manage to schedule calls as often as we’d like. That said, follow-ups through other channels usually cover what’s needed, so it hasn’t affected delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
