What do you like best about MoEngage?

Beyond the user affinity features and RFM segmentation, we appreciate how smoothly we can build detailed custom funnels. The platform continues to make event-driven segmentation straightforward, allowing us to deliver timely, targeted messaging to precise audience groups without unnecessary complexity. What do you dislike about MoEngage?

The initial integration process remains somewhat complex, particularly when connecting to external CRM providers and third-party data sources. What problems is MoEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

MoEngage helps us to create easy user funnels to analyse data and to create easy user journeys with personalised content. The data of funnels helps us to find out the user drop point so that we can make that node better and easy personalization help us to reach customer more effectively, the easy segmentation help us to make effortless user segments to target.
