I really enjoy working with the VP at ConvertCart. It's been a great experience because he's very insightful. He asks for my ideas and thoughts and also brings his own, leveraging his experience with what's already worked for other brands. It's nice to have some guided help on improving our store, and that's really great. Additionally, the initial setup of ConvertCart was not painful at all. We've been working with ConvertCart for about 6 months, and initially I thought we would run a few tests, make a few improvements on the site to improve conversion, and be done in 3 months. Instead, we've found what feels like real partnership in folks who are obsessed with optimizing our site. They have a deep warchest of best-in-class features they are A/B testing on our site, use a truly data-oriented approach to evaluating the success of those tests, and feel like real experts. The code is clean, the execution and communication are fantastic, and they're delivering measurable improvements to our conversion rates! Best of all, it's super easy.
