## About tbf work
tbf work is an online group card for teams. It covers birthdays, work anniversaries, leaving, and any occasion you add yourself. The difference is that nobody has to remember. You type the dates in, send them by webhook, or connect BambooHR, and a card starts on its own before each one. You choose who to ask. Each colleague gets a link by email or in Slack, and one reminder. They write their own message in a browser, with no account and nothing to install. The card is sent on the day. The person it is for reads it in a browser too. The link lasts ninety days after the occasion, and they can save the card in the tbf app before then. For somebody leaving, that means they still have it after their work email is gone. Built for the awkward cases as well. If somebody was let go, the card is held until an admin releases it, and we never store why anyone left. A manager sees who has written and when. Slack: start a card in Slack, and send invitations and the reminder there. BambooHR: birthdays, start dates and leaving dates arrive on their own, including for people who join later. Pricing: writing and reading are free, and there is no charge per seat. Pay as you go is $2.49 a card, in packs of 5, 20 or 50, with no monthly fee. Team is $39 a month or $390 a year for 180 cards a year, with Slack and BambooHR. Company is $129 a month or $1,290 a year for 1,200 cards a year. For teams anywhere in the world.
