What do you like best about Motivosity?

I've been using Motivosity for three years, and I'm a big fan. It's easy to send appreciation, and the GIFs make it even more fun to personalize your message. I love that I can see the other messages of appreciation for people on my team, and the monthly reminder emails are helpful when I get busy. It's also really easy to spend my Motivosity dollars; I love the Visa card option that lets me use my spending dollars like a debit card. I'd definitely recommend Motivosity, hands down! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saying 'thank you' to a colleague is one thing, but I like that Motivosity allows for a little more recognition by giving that appreciation a platform for others to view. I think it makes it all the more special. My team really utilizes Motivosity pretty heavily, it definitely boosts that cohesiveness when you get a 'ding' in your email inbox and realize that someone is thinking about you.
