It also makes accomplishments visible and valued across the organization, which supports engagement and a more collaborative work environment. As an analyst, I can recognize team members who improve processes, maintain quality standards, support collaboration, and help achieve business goals. I’d like better search and filtering so I can find past recognition more easily. I’d also like more personalized notification settings, a simpler user interface, and more insight into recognition trends through analytics and reporting. More customization would be helpful too.
