What do you dislike about Vantage Circle?

While Vantage Circle does a good job promoting employee recognition, the platform’s navigation and the reward redemption process could be improved. Vantage Circle addresses the need for employee recognition, rewards, and engagement by offering a platform where achievements can be acknowledged and appreciated. It supports a culture of recognition and helps employees feel genuinely valued for their contributions.
