I absolutely love Awardco. I love how I can give points to a fellow employee who helped me when I really needed it to show them my thanks because sometimes a thank you isn't quite enough. I also like the little surprises around our birthday and holidays that corporate sends out for us, it just shows a little appreciation that our hard work is paying off. I love the selection of things you can choose with the points. I think it's a really great incentive or rewards system. The thing I like most about Awardco is being able to buy things with points that are basically dollar for dollar, and as a big Amazon person, I like the fact that I can order straight from Amazon from it. It's nice because when I do it, it's just like ordering regular Amazon, and I've checked my actual Amazon Prime versus how much the points are through work codes exactly the same. I wish there wasn't a cap on the amount of points I can give to a person each year. Some people deserve more than that. When I order through Amazon with Awardco, there's no way for me to track my shipment. I don't have an ability to track when things are coming. It would be great to have a tracking feature like Amazon. I also have trouble checking the balance on the virtual prepaid card I get through Awardco. No matter how much I read the email instructions, I can't figure out how much money I have left on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
