What do you like best about Awardco?

I absolutely love Awardco. I love how I can give points to a fellow employee who helped me when I really needed it to show them my thanks because sometimes a thank you isn't quite enough. I also like the little surprises around our birthday and holidays that corporate sends out for us, it just shows a little appreciation that our hard work is paying off. I love the selection of things you can choose with the points. I think it's a really great incentive or rewards system. The thing I like most about Awardco is being able to buy things with points that are basically dollar for dollar, and as a big Amazon person, I like the fact that I can order straight from Amazon from it. It's nice because when I do it, it's just like ordering regular Amazon, and I've checked my actual Amazon Prime versus how much the points are through work codes exactly the same. What do you dislike about Awardco?

I wish there wasn't a cap on the amount of points I can give to a person each year. Some people deserve more than that. When I order through Amazon with Awardco, there's no way for me to track my shipment. I don't have an ability to track when things are coming. It would be great to have a tracking feature like Amazon. I also have trouble checking the balance on the virtual prepaid card I get through Awardco. What I like most about Awardco is the wide range of functionality and the flexibility it provides. I really appreciate being able to see the full leadership budget and how points are allocated, as it gives great transparency and makes it easy to manage. Awardco has solved our incentive need in our customer support area of the company. We love to be able to reward our team for going above and beyond with so many options. In many workplaces, employees efforts go unnoticed or recognition happens rarly. When people don't feel valued, engagement and job satisfaction drops.

Awardco allows managers and coworkers to recognize acheivements quickly. It creates a structured system for appreciation; points, rewards, shoutouts. It makes recognition visible across the company. As an employee you feel appreciated for your work and contributions.

There’s a learning curve in figuring out the best way to configure budgets, programs, and approvals so it doesn’t become overengineered.

Awardco fixes that by providing a centralized, scalable system where recognition is easy to give, visible across the organization, and tied to real value. That means great work doesn’t get missed just because a manager is busy or because processes are unclear.

It also solves the issue of one-size-fits-all rewards. By letting employees choose rewards that matter to them, recognition actually feels motivating instead of forced. For me, that translates into feeling seen and valued in a way that aligns with my personal preferences, not someone else’s idea of a reward.

I recently received a Home Depot gift card through Awardco and had a great experience using it. The redemption process was very simple and user-friendly. I was able to access the gift card quickly, and the instructions were clear from start to finish.
