**What do you like best about Awardco?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive. The interface is clean and modern, which makes it easy for every employee- regardless of their tech savviness- to jump in and start recognizing others without needing a manual. This is a huge time saver for us. The way it integrates seamlessly with the tools we use daily like, Workday means that recognition happens in the flow of work instead of becoming another task.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Regarding performance, the platform is generally reliable, but I do occasionally notice some lag when navigating between pages—especially while browsing products on the Amazon page. It’s definitely not a deal breaker, just a bit annoying at times. Also, it can be hard to figure out where to reach the customer support team if a product needs to be returned. I feel customer service / support should be easier to locate.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Awardco, we struggled with a reactive, manual recognition process, which meant significant employee achievements often went unnoticed or were recognized too late. Awardco has helped solve this by integrating Awardco intelligence into our daily workflows, making recognition more timely and consistent. Before Awardco, our "safety store" was extremely expensive; now we have better price options.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

It’s always nice to get recognition for your hard work, and it’s even better when that effort is rewarded with something you can genuinely use. With access to almost anything on Amazon or a gift card for almost anywhere, Awardco makes it easy to receive your prize with minimal hassle and quick delivery. When you get recognition points from your managers, Awardco’s rewards section is simple and easy to navigate, and it offers more options than I’ve seen in other programs that have tried to do the same.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

In my experiences so far, I have found no downsides. award selection was easy and delivery was quick and accurate.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employers often roll out programs to drive productivity or try incentive-based initiatives, but more often than not the prizes aren’t that great, and a lot of the kudos and acknowledgements either get lost or never get submitted properly. Awardco offers a solution that organizes the whole process and lets managers focus on assigning reward points, while pairing it with an awards system employees can actually get excited about. Yes, productivity increases, but more importantly it rises alongside morale.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

We like the Slack integration so it is easy for supervisors to recognize employee efforts without logging into another website and learning another UI. We also like the ability to recognize employees either with or without a monetary incentive. This allows us to validate employee efforts more often and then provide awards where appropriate. Including our company core values as reasons for recognition is also great for reinforcement of those values.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Pricing is a little steep for a small company like ours, but we feel that it is incentivizing our employees to be more productive and pays for itself that way.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to continually reinforce our company core values that help us to stand out, and allows us to provide instant rewards that help to motivate our employees instead of a bonus on a paycheck that they may not even realize was different from regular earnings. This helps improve employee performance in trying to reach for those core values.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I like the fact that Awardco is such a convenient way of getting appreciation for what we do. I also appreciate the checkout process and how easy it is to tap to pay. It's super quick and easy to do, there's no hassle or struggle, and it's better than waiting for a physical card to arrive. The initial setup of Awardco was super easy too, and I would definitely recommend it as there's nothing else like Awardco.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

What could be improved would be if there was an option to only show the items you can afford based on the amount of award you have. It would be nice to have a filter with the price range for easier access.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awardco to buy things when I can't afford them, like when I'm low on gas or need a meal.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I use Awardco for redeeming points for awards given at work, and I really like the freedom of choice it provides because I can use the points on a wide variety of high-desire items. Other than the wide variety, I like the ease of use and the quick redemption process. I can use the Awardco app from my phone to redeem points as I walk into Target or Outback to use a gift card, or I can add it to my Amazon with just a few clicks. The initial setup was pretty easy and quick, which is great because I don't remember it being a hassle. I highly recommend Awardco, rating it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

The app does experience periods of slowness/lagging. and it requires me to reset my password more often than my work account so the passwords don't always match which can cause confusion

Awardco gives employees the freedom to redeem points easily for a variety of high-desire items, making the process quick and straightforward, which I appreciate. I can redeem points on the go, like adding a gift card to my Amazon with just a few clicks.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I’ve had a great experience using Awardco as an employee rewards platform. What I like most is the wide variety of rewards available, especially the gift cards and Amazon product options. It makes it easy for me to choose rewards that I’ll actually use and enjoy.

I’ve also found the platform very easy to navigate and user-friendly. Redeeming rewards is simple and straightforward, and the items I’ve redeemed have always been delivered quickly. Overall, Awardco has made employee recognition feel more meaningful, convenient, and rewarding for me.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Honestly, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Awardco so far. My experience has been extremely positive from both the recognition and rewards perspective. The platform is easy to use, the reward options are excellent, and the redemption process is seamless. Out of all the employee recognition and rewards platforms I’ve used throughout my work experience, Awardco has been the best by far.

Awardco isn’t necessarily solving a specific problem for me personally, but it does make employee recognition feel meaningful and motivating. Being recognized for my work and contributions through the platform has been a great morale booster. **What do you like best about Awardco?**

About 40 years ago, I did research into a two-foot high stack of books about how to motivate workers. I came away with a strong belief in small, frequent, non-monetary positive reinforcements. I made a report that could have been used as a manual. Sadly, I haven't seen much use of those techniques in the various jobs I've held since then. When the Awardco Recognition Feed came online at my company about a year ago, I instantly recognized it as BRILLIANT. It provides EXACTLY what I've wished for: small, non-monetary positive reinforcements that will be frequent if managers and supervisors use the system, and believe me, I've pushed everyone I talk to, please use the Awardco Feed!

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Can't think of anything. It's brilliant and perfect.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite benefit is the phone stand with Bluetooth speaker that I "bought" a couple of weeks ago with my points. It's a top-tier useful item. Other than that, it helps my mood and my knowledge when I get on Awardco regularly to post supportive comments and emojis about others' Recognitions. **What do you like best about Awardco?**

In my work, I regularly coordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams during review activities and issue resolution. What I like most about Awardco is that it makes it easy to recognize team members immediately when they support critical tasks or help avoid delays during project work.

during one design review activity, a quality team member helped quickly resolve an issue related to drawing clarification, which helped avoid repeated rework discussions. Instead of waiting for formal appraisal cycles, I could recognize the contribution directly through Awardco.

The platform feels simple to navigate, so sending recognition or checking rewards does not interrupt daily work. I also liked that appreciation becomes visible across teams, which helps improve collaboration and morale during busy project schedules.
Another useful part is the reward flexibility. Team members can choose rewards or gift cards based on their preference, which makes recognition feel more meaningful instead of generic.

From a workflow perspective, the setup and onboarding were straightforward, and it was easy to start using without much training. Notifications and recognition updates also worked smoothly during regular usage.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

One limitation I noticed is that some reward options or redemption categories can feel restricted depending on how the organization configures the platform. In a few cases, certain rewards were available only for specific recognition types, which reduced flexibility.

I also experienced situations where loading recognition feeds or reward pages took slightly longer during busy usage periods.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my work, many support activities during design reviews, issue discussions, or urgent updates often happen in the background and are not always formally recognized. Earlier, appreciation was usually limited to yearly reviews or manager feedback, so smaller day-to-day contributions could easily go unnoticed.

Awardco helped solve this by giving teams a simple way to recognize contributions immediately during project work. For example, during one release activity, a team member helped quickly resolve a BOM-related clarification that prevented delays in downstream updates. Using Awardco, the effort could be recognized right away instead of waiting for formal review cycles.

This improved visibility of team contributions and encouraged better collaboration across different functions like design, quality, and manufacturing.

The platform also reduced manual effort in tracking appreciation activities because recognition, points, and reward management stayed centralized in one system.From a practical perspective, the onboarding was straightforward, and the recognition workflow was simple enough to use during regular work without additional complexity.

Overall, it helped make appreciation more timely, improved team morale during demanding project phases, and encouraged a more collaborative work environment.

I use Awardco to show appreciation for the hard work of my coworkers and to express my gratitude for their help. I like that Awardco offers me points that I can use to get gift cards for the college bookstore or buy items on Amazon, which is quite helpful. It's nice to know that my coworkers appreciate the help I give, and it's great to have a way to reward them for going out of their way to help others or collaborate. What I like most about Awardco is that it's an easy way to reward someone for helping out, even when they don't have to. I value the ability to send kudos to my coworkers as it's the best feature for expressing gratitude and appreciation. The setup for me was very easy, painless, and simple. I would say that's a big 10 for recommending Awardco because I like it.

What I like most about Awardco is that it gives me a simple way to give my colleagues their flowers by recognizing both the big wins and the smaller, everyday impacts that our directors don’t always see from day to day. It also helps us measure performance based on our participation around the office, so we can better understand whether we’re contributing and making as much of an impact as we think we are.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I don't love the lack of privacy that sometimes I would like. For example, giving my teammates their flowers on non performance tasks could be seen as redundant by directors.

Awardo is very convenient. I love that my points can be loaded to a physical card that I can use on a day to day basis and not redeemed from a limited catalog.

I occasionally have a hard time navigating the app to find what I am looking for. The time period for things to be approved takes longer that I would expect but I think that is on my employer not necessarily AwardCo,.

It is motivating me to accomplish wellness challenges at work. When we complete the challenges, we get awardco points. So I would say Awardco is helping me be more active and then i am able to use those points to continue to invest in my health and wellness.

I like that Awardco offers a variety of award options. You can redeem gift cards or choose physical products through the Amazon marketplace, which makes it a great way to provide benefits that fit each individual’s preferences.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I wish the point values for marketplace items were more consistent and not so high, especially for items I could easily buy for less money outside of Awardco. Aside from that, I haven’t had any negative experiences with Awardco.

Awardco is a great solution for offering random bonuses and other incentives across the company. It gives management and colleagues an easy way to reward one another, and it feels more accessible and attainable than waiting for a bonus to show up on our paycheck.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

Awardco is user freindly.  You can give someone a shout out that says great job, way to go above and beyond, or thanks for the support.  Just a quick  and friendly verbal recognition.  Or you have the option to award points monthly for people that had a great catch that avoided a bigger problem, or maybe they always come through in a crunch.  I think everyone enjoys a quick pat on the back or an on the spot recognition.  Our company utilizes it as well for reaching learning goals, 20 pts for participation in the quarterly learning challenge to each employee that completes the assigned tasks, and the everyone can be entered in a raffle for one luck 50 pt. winner. 

Awarco points are easy to transfer into gift cards for a large variety of uses at a variety of retailers, hotels, restaurants, etc.   

The best employee program we have had in the 26 years of my time with my company.

To date, I have not come across any downside to the Awardco program.  It is easy to use, has a ton of options, and has been enjoyed by all of our participants.

It gives teams a platform to recognize one another in a way that feels inviting, visible, and easy to engage with. Beyond that, Awardco has helped strengthen integration across teams by creating a shared space where contributions are acknowledged in real time, regardless of department or function. It helps break down silos by encouraging cross-functional recognition and giving teams more insight into the work happening outside their immediate scope.
By tying recognition to everyday moments, big wins, and key initiatives, it reinforces alignment across the organization and keeps everyone connected to what success looks like at Haus. It also creates a consistent rhythm of appreciation that supports a more unified culture, where people feel seen, valued, and motivated to collaborate.
Additionally, with its integration with ADP, it has allowed new employees to feel welcomed from day one. The seamless sync ensures new hires are automatically included in the platform, making it easy for teams to recognize and celebrate them right away, without any manual lift.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Awardco was by no means an easy launch and required a significant lift from our team. This was not a plug-and-play implementation. Every detail, from correcting typos to resolving system errors, required hands-on effort and careful review on our end.
In total, it took about a month of consistent, detailed work to get everything up and running. Much of that work was highly tedious and required a high level of accuracy and coordination. It was a major project to take on, and getting it to a place where it runs smoothly today reflects the amount of time, focus, and effort the team put in behind the scenes.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awardco is solving a real gap when it comes to recognizing employees in a way that is both consistent and scalable. It allows us to recognize team members within a structured budget that works for everyone, while also giving us true control over how recognition is distributed.
We no longer have to rely on manual tracking or worry about missing important moments like birthdays or anniversaries. With Awardco’s automation, those milestones are captured in real time with little lift from the team. It removes the guesswork and ensures that every employee is seen and celebrated without things slipping through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I like that Awardco allows us to select gift cards from a variety of vendors and choose multiple charitable organizations to support with our award points. I like that we can bank points and use them once we have accumulated enough. I also appreciate the ability to split our rewards into multiple 'gifts', which means I can use a portion of the points in my account and save a portion for future use. This flexibility is especially useful when receiving higher point rewards for longevity, like 750 points for 25 years of service.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

The only thing I would consider as an improvement would be if an app could be developed. I would use the app on a mobile device, rather than having to get to a computer.

Awardco allows us to select from various gift cards and support charitable organizations with award points, and I like the flexibility to bank and split points for multiple rewards.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

What I found so amazing about this site was all of the CHOICES offered for ecard options. There were so many options with stores that are normally accessed as well as a few options for pets, which was so great, we love Chewy!

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I was actually looking forward to the hotel portion but to me, the points didn't seem as though they were accepted because when I quoted the hotels directly that total end up being a cheaper option. I also found trying to find an experience confusing.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ecard option allowed me to place my dogs Chewy order for the month using the points which save me money. I love how the point per dollar amount for the ecards were equal, that was VERY helpful.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

What we like most about Awardco is that it makes recognition easy. People can recognize each other quickly, in the moment. That removes friction and makes recognition feel natural instead of forced or delayed.

Awardco lets us run all of our recognition programs in one place. Everyday shout‑outs, spot awards, formal awards, service anniversaries, onboarding recognition, referrals, and retirement recognition all live in the same system. That consistency matters, both for employees and for HR.

The system keeps recognition human. Not everything has to be tied to points. Public shout‑outs let people say thank you and acknowledge effort without turning it into a transaction. Features like retirement MemoryBooks give employees a way to contribute something personal and meaningful, which has had a strong impact.

Employees like Awardco because they can choose rewards that actually matter to them. Points can be used for gift cards, online items, company swag, or donations. That flexibility avoids one‑size‑fits‑all rewards that often miss the mark.

What we dislike about Awardco is mostly around a few practical limitations rather than big issues. Some administrative actions are not as clean as you would expect, such as handling duplicate nominations, where you often have to decline rather than simply delete them, which feels clunky and leaves a trail the employees don't like to see. The system can also be rigid in places, meaning there are moments where HR has to work around the tool instead of the tool supporting the process exactly as intended. International is hit or miss, too. Shipping costs become astronomical if an international location is out of stock. While it does a lot well, it is not always intuitive, and those small friction points can be frustrating when you are managing programs at scale. Overall, the downsides are manageable, but they show up most when you are trying to keep things clean, efficient, and simple behind the scenes.

AwardCo allows you to recognize your employees on different levels, from tenure, performance, birthdays, etc. The program is easy to us, easy for our managers to recognize their employees quickly with meaningful comments. There is a wide variety of items for our employees to purchase as well. The customer service is great, they have helped in many of occasions to help with setup, maintenance and support of our employees questions.

The program has a couple limitations that affect our business. Our managers get a strick amount of points to spend, yet we would prefer that some managers have more points than others. There are no integrations with our HRIS, so the platform needs to be maintained manually.

I like Awardco because it allows for appreciation and valuing of peers, making it easy to shout them out even if we don't see them often. I appreciate that these shoutouts can come straight to our email. I also enjoy the points system where incentives can be redeemed. The feature that stands out most is the feed where I can see which shoutouts have been given to me or by me, and how recent they were. Being able to connect with my circle of peers and see what's being said about others in different areas or districts is also something I find valuable.

I remember at one point in time, I was trying to redeem a gift card, and it was giving me an error. But since then, I used it recently, and I didn't get an error. So I'm not sure if that has been resolved or not. Another issue is being able to update my phone number so I'm able to access Awardco even while I'm not at work. I received the emails, but it won't allow me to update my phone number or if my phone number is updated in the work system, it's still not allowing me to log in while I'm not at work.

You have to be very broad when you search on Amazon. The search feature could be more specific. Sometimes when I search for something specific like a brand or a title from Amazon itself, it doesn't pull up. So you have to be very broad and specific. The filter feature, when you select filter items that you only have enough points for, sometimes freezes the system.

I use Awardco at work to recognize employees for their amazing contributions. I love being able to recognize them throughout the year without needing the permissions and approvals required for gift cards or raises. It's really easy to award points, and the employees appreciate having the flexibility to buy what they want with 'generic' points. They don't need to go to the store or deal with gift cards; they can just use their points at allowed stores on the website, like Amazon or our company store. Also, it was straightforward to upload employees, assign points, and choose where they can spend their points.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I have a certain amount of people on my team, and I can only reward them 1x in a 3 month period. I wish I could reward my team members more than 1x. If the rewards could be based on points and not frequency that would be great.

I like how easy Awardco is to use. We get an email anytime we are awarded something, and you can scroll through different items to purchase, whether it's gift cards or actual items you're interested in buying. It's very easy to check out and share congratulations between coworkers. I also like that there's a variety of different items to choose from, rather than just one or two items, allowing us to purchase something meaningful.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I think the only thing that could be improved is there should be more on there for us to be able to use it weekly or monthly. Versus it being a once in a while thing. I'd like to be able to use Awardco more, even if it's not me being awarded points. It would be nice if there were things or maybe weekly tasks that we could reach on Awardco, just to keep active use on it, like any other social media.

I love how easy Awardco is to use. I appreciate that I can do whatever I need to do without involving my employer directly. I also love the different options Awardco provides to receive rewards. It makes changing reward points into usable forms of payment seamless. I like that Awardco removes the middleman from the process of earning rewards to redeeming them. Awardco can be used on any device, which makes it convenient, and there aren't many steps involved in turning points into forms of payment. The initial setup was very easy and did not require much time at all. I love that you can redeem any reward amount at any time.

I don't like that Awardco doesn't have its own app.

Awardco is one of the best award programs I've ever had a company use.  I like that it's public so that everyone can chime in on everyone's outstanding performance and or accomplishments.  The point system is very rewarding and the app is super user friendly and extremely easy to navigate I would definitely recommend this program to any company for their team members

I dislike that we are taxed on the points we receive but Uncle Sam has to have his cut as well
