What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly makes it easy to recognize colleagues across departments for their everyday contributions. The public recognition feed helps build a strong culture of appreciation, and the broad range of reward options (gift cards, donations) makes earning and receiving points feel genuinely meaningful. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The monthly expiration of unused points can feel a bit restrictive. If I don’t use my balance by the end of the month, those points are lost instead of rolling over, which can sometimes create a rush of last-minute recognitions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bonusly addresses the challenge of keeping peer-to-peer recognition consistent across remote and hybrid teams. Before using Bonusly, appreciation tended to be mostly top-down and was easy to miss or overlook. Now, recognizing peers has become part of our daily routine, which has clearly lifted team morale and given leadership better visibility into the everyday contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed.
