It is used to boost employee engagement, especially among team members, by providing social recognition, global rewards, a marketplace to redeem those rewards, and other features. ALthough I haven't, you can even post surveys and/or polls as well. It works great across all devices, and supports all office types from hybrid to remote to office-based workforces.
