"Enhances Employee Recognition with Ease"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I use Motivosity for employee recognition and engagement. I like how simple and intuitive it is, which makes appreciation feel genuine and frequent. The social aspect is impactful, giving visibility into what teams and peers are accomplishing and how people are embodying our social values. The social feeds create momentum in real-time and encourage others to do their best work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

While the interface is clean, it can sometimes feel like there's a lot going on. It would be helpful to have streamlined options or filters to focus on the most relevant updates. Another interesting idea would be to have team-based or group recognition to further enhance the collaborative aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great way to personally recognize coworkers"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love how easy it is to recognize coworkers for their hard work and help. It is especially nice that the recognition directly translates into tangible/financial rewards. It always makes my day when I am recognized, and I enjoy having a less public way to recognize others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I don't love seeing a feed of recognition of people I have never met in the company. I wish the feed was more focused on my direct coworkers and what they are saying / how they are recognizing each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Movtivosity keeps our team connected and encouraged!"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love that it gives us an easy and meaningful way to show appreciation to our coworkers. Even the small monthly amounts let us brighten someone’s day and recognize the people who make our job easier. It helps build positivity, connection, and gratitude throughout the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

The only thing I would change is having a little more flexibility with the amount of money or reward options. Sometimes it would be nice to give a slightly higher recognition when someone goes above and beyond. Overall, the system is great and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motivosity?

I really like how easy it is to recognize and appreciate team members. The platform makes giving kudos quick and fun, which helps build a positive culture. It’s very intuitive and keeps everyone engaged, even across remote teams. The ability to tie recognition to company values is a big plus because it reinforces what matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

One area that could improve is the reward options. While the system works well, having more flexibility and variety in the reward catalog would make it even better. specially as im based in Sri Lanka, we only have limited options, better options would be ideal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great way to share wins and stay connected"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Being able to share wins within our teams so matter how big or small. Motivosity is our team's way of connecting in real-time and in a real way that allows us to not only shout each other out but to also show appreciation to our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

It would be cool if there was a way to have a conversation or thread with more than one team member where we could thank each other and give hoots while still having a convo about the event or win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy implementation, effortless adaptation & seamless operations"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

We were grateful that Motivosity implementation was a relatively easy lift. Our data is integrated for a nightly file feed, so other than internally approving and issuing company awards, this platform is hands-off as an administrator. Once set up, the platform is intuitive for employees.

Unlike some other platforms, they provide *continued*, dedicated customer support from implementation through management. It is such a relief to have a contact person who understands how we leverage the platform and what is going on at the company.

As our organizations go through many changes, it is a "quick win" to keep employees engaged and recognized for all their hard work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Our company has set up company awards at various levels. Depending on the amount, these are routed up to leadership for approval. This is a somewhat manual process of issuing awards, once approved outside of the system. It would be amazing if this workflow were captured and automated within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nat Evans of Motivosity

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Motivosity's implementation and customer support. We understand the importance of automating workflows and will work on enhancing the platform to better accommodate your company's award approval process.

"Motivosity for the WIN"
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Motivosity is a fun, easy-to-use platform that helps teams recognize and appreciate each other. The peer-to-peer shoutouts and small rewards make people feel seen, and the social feed-style setup keeps it engaging. It’s great for boosting morale and building team culture—especially in remote or hybrid settings. Just be mindful of notification overload and reward budgeting. Overall, a solid tool for keeping your team connected and appreciated. The implementation process wasn't too bad as well. they answered our questions and hopped on plenty of calls to help us. Our CSM is a little out there but very nice and sometimes hard to get answers from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Sometimes we have issues with logging in and awards showing up. We wish there was an easier way for inventory tracking as well for how we use the platform internally. Sometimes its difficult to get answers from our CSM as well but we are getting there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nat Evans of Motivosity

We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the fun and easy-to-use platform of Motivosity, and that it's been effective in boosting morale and building team culture. We appreciate your feedback about the notification overload and reward budgeting, and we'll take that into consideration for future improvements. We'll also work on improving the logging in and awards showing up issues, as well as providing easier inventory tracking. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
