## Workhuman Social Recognition Reviews
  ### 1. Meaningful Recognition with a Simple Workflow and Great Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronan W. | Scientist 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

My experience with the system is as an end user, contributing and redeeming recognitions. Its a really helpful tool for recognising people's contributions in a meaningful way. We use it for recognising individuals, teams and awarding employee of the month rewards.

The dashboard is nicely presented and lets you see other people's recent awards. When submitting a recognition, the workflow is simple which I think means more people engage with the system. The system is well integrated with out business system with the awards being aligned with key behaviours tied to the Danaher Business System. The awards advisor helps you quickly narrow down the scope of a recognition and the Inclusion advisor is helpful to make sure your recognition is descriptive enough.

The redeeming of rewards is simple too with useful reminders when your balance changes. Being able to favourite items and track your progress towards items you have your eye on is a nice touch. There is a great selection of items, experiences and gift cards to be redeemed on the store.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I do wish the system was able to save and continue half completed recognitions!

When redeeming, the value for money seems better on the giftcards than the items themselves.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem this system is addressing is making it so much easier to recognise those who go above and beyond what is required of them.

  ### 2. Smarter Recognition comes from here: Workhuman Inspire Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reena J. | Technical Support Engineer 2, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

This is the best platform to recognise your peers on the efforts they have made on any particular project/program/task assigned to them.
It is very user friendly and easy to use.
It gives you complete guidance till the end. The way it integrates seamlessly is the best part. It performs pretty well and reliable. Its value for the price.
Its a perfect tool with automated recommendations and guidance..

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

New features can take time for users to adopt. Sometimes in peak usage, its performance lags. Chat support sometimes is not available. we have many options for gift cards but the common ones are missing for India like flipkart, amazon.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with informal employee recognition. Appreciation was often delayed or missed entirely, leading to demotivation and reduced engagement. With Workhuman Inspire, we now have a structured, \ recognition system that is visible across the organization. It has Boosted morale and increased recognition participation also.

  ### 3. My first review on work human social recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashanth Babu P. | Senior Process Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like the idea of cheering up an employee who deserves recognition from their superiors or colleagues for their effort and dedication. This kind of acknowledgment naturally boosts an employee’s confidence in their work and gives them a genuine sense of satisfaction. These will increase the performance of the employee.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

No, but it would be better if there were a change to the points system—at least for the cheers points we receive from superiors, and also between team-mates. I think this would work better. It would be better if implemented for monthly performance based cheers. Increasing the pricing of the vouchers will be so good.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits both employees and team management at the same time, because recognition matters. It also helps ensure employees’ work results are more accurate and delivered on time, making it a win-win situation. It made me drive by learning UI/UX concepts.

  ### 4. Genuine, Low-Pressure Recognition That Feels Fun and Rewarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ta'Niqua B. | Certified Medical Assistant, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Getting a “thank you” from a coworker in a public feed feels more authentic and less political than top-down praise. Because it’s low pressure, it comes across more like a game than a competition. The tangible point system also adds value and creates a fun sense of progress.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

When managers require a set number of “shout-outs” each week, recognition starts to feel performative and loses its meaning. The same thing happens when rewards demand an unrealistically high number of points, or when the catalog is packed with items that aren’t actually useful.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I honestly didn’t expect much from the gift card rewards at first, but they’ve turned out to be surprisingly useful in real life. I used one reward to pick up a last-minute birthday gift for a coworker without having to dip into my own money. Even small things, like a coffee card or a grocery store e-gift card, make a real difference when my budget is tight. It’s not just about the shout-out; it’s practical support when you need it most.

  ### 5. Quick, Easy Employee Recognition with Fast Gift Card Redemptions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ava J. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s a quick, easy way to recognise fellow employees and encourage positive work habits. It’s also motivating to see that others value my contributions. Redemption is simple, and I use it often for digital gift cards, which are emailed to me within a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Searching for items can sometimes bring up completely unrelated results. I’ve noticed this most with gift cards, where I soemtimes end up having to browse through categories just to find the one I want.

For digital gift cards, it would be helpful to receive an image of the card that can be scanned, rather than only a code that has to be typed into the terminal.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an easy way to publicly recognise and reward employees. Applause points can also be tracked and referenced later during performance evaluations.

  ### 6. Helpful AI Agent Makes Recognition and Rewards Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish T. | Senior Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The AI agent within Workhuman Social is really helpful. It supports us when writing a message by helping refine it and improve the overall wording. When I recognize someone, it automatically gives me a stat about their retention and what their mindset is after receiving it. It also makes it very easy to give rewards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The award recommendations are sometimes not accurate. For example, even when someone has done exceptional work, it may suggest AMBER, even though the agent actually deserved CORAL. This is the only feature that I feel might need some improvement.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m a team leader, and building a strong team—while keeping my associates engaged—is the most important thing for me. Workhuman helps with that. Each month, I recognize someone and share it socially so everyone can see it and feel motivated. In the same way, when others recognize someone, I make sure to recognize them as well. This keeps people happy and motivated, and it ultimately helps me retain them for the long term.

  ### 7. Workhuman - Recognition in a modern and collaborative way

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupkumar A. | Senior Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

1. What I like most about Workhuman is that it’s a social recognition platform that feels easy to adopt and inspiring in today’s social media–influenced world.
2. For an organization with global operations and employees, the Workhuman platform is a great initiative to bring everyone into one place for recognition and to celebrate together.
3. I also appreciate the flexibility to recognize anyone in the organization, which makes it more encouraging for competent individuals.
4. There is a wide variety of products to choose from when redeeming rewards.
5. Its many features—such as the awards feed, email reminders for work anniversaries, the approval process for rewards, the inclusion advisor, reward privacy settings, and various recognition metrics for people managers—are very advantageous and support the overall recognition process.
6. Best part is Workhuman is continuously evolving and adapting to latest technologies (AI, etc) and adding new features regularly. This is encouraging and develop a great platform for recognition and collaboration in the company

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would not say dislike, but some improvements can be made by adding more country-specific gift vouchers in the catalogue for redeeming rewards.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved by Workhuman:
- keep track of recognitions of an employee
- encouraging other team members via rewards feed

Benefiting:
- to assess the performance of the team members as the rewards are integrated into the HR tool (Workday)
- ease of data analysis using Recognition Metrics

  ### 8. Great recognition tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh S. | Senior Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The simplicity and ease of being able to recognise a colleague and the ability to promote a culture of inclusivity within my organisation is fantastic. The simple concept of being able to thank people that is then shared publicly is great for building a rewarding culture. The metrics generated make it easier to use and understand how the tool is being implemented by my team, and how far the reach goes into my organisation. The availability of the tool allows me to logon daily and easily integrate its use into my daily working life to see new rewards and thank yous, and allows me to connect with a wide variety of people in my organisation.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I've not come across anything I don't like, as of yet. The system is well setup.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes rewarding and recognition simplistic, by providing a forum in which people are encouraged to recognise and thank peers for good work and support. It promotes a culture where people feel empower to thank and reward others. It makes for an inclusive environment where people within the organisation feel valued.

  ### 9. Powerful Features That Boost Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalpesh A. | Senior Business Process Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One feature that has added significant value to my workflow is the intuitive drag‑and‑drop interface. I use it daily to organize tasks and restructure project timelines, and it consistently saves me several hours each week by removing the need for manual data adjustments.
Another aspect I rely on is the real‑time collaboration functionality. Being able to see updates from my team instantly—without needing to refresh or exchange multiple messages—has streamlined communication and reduced delays in decision‑making. An unexpected benefit has been the automated reminders and smart suggestions. At first, I didn’t think I needed them, but they’ve actually helped me catch overlooked items and stay more organized overall. These small prompts have noticeably improved how smoothly complex projects run.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One area that could be improved is the reporting module’s load time. When working with larger datasets, the reports often take several minutes to generate, which slows down analysis and interrupts the overall workflow. This delay makes it difficult to quickly validate data changes or compare results during fast‑paced project discussions.
Another challenge is the limited filtering options in the dashboard. For example, the current filters don’t allow for combining multiple custom fields, which forces me to export data and perform manual filtering outside the tool. This adds unnecessary steps and increases the chance of errors.
A potential improvement would be to introduce advanced filter logic (such as combining conditions with AND/OR operators) and optimize background processing so reports refresh more quickly. These enhancements would significantly streamline day‑to‑day usage and reduce manual work.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this product, we struggled with keeping our project documentation consistent and up to date. Different teams stored information in separate tools, which often led to duplicated work and outdated references. This created delays whenever we needed to track progress or prepare reports for stakeholders.
After implementing the software, we were able to consolidate everything into a single, structured workspace. We struggled with scattered information and manual follow‑ups, but now we can centralize updates in real time, which has resulted in faster decision‑making and fewer communication gaps across teams. For example, tasks that previously took an hour to locate and verify can now be accessed in minutes.
One of the biggest measurable benefits has been time savings: we estimate that each team member saves 2–3 hours per week because they no longer need to reconcile multiple versions of documents. Additionally, the improved visibility has reduced duplicate work by roughly 20%, since teams can see each other's updates immediately.

  ### 10. Boosts Workplace Morale with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like using Bravos because it feels encouraging whenever I receive a Bravo. It's always exciting to get a bravo; it makes me feel like I'm doing a good job and being seen and valued in the workplace. It’s also really easy to get started and create an account on Workhuman Social Recognition. I love how simple it is to find colleagues on the platform by just searching their name. That's super helpful, especially since I can also see what area they work in and who their manager is, ensuring I send my Bravo to the right person.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't really like that we have to put a title on our bravo. I think we should just be able to say the good things and not really have to come up with a title because that's where I struggle the most. I also feel like there could be more categories for recognition. We don't really engage with the point system in Bravo, so we don't get anything when we receive a Bravo. It just looks good, on our behalf. So we don't really do anything with the point system, so that's not really useful to us. Or, like, the diamonds, the different gems, that's not really useful to us.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to encourage colleagues and recognize good work, which boosts morale.

  ### 11. Easy, Meaningful Rewards with Plenty of Gift Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikita P. | Warehouse Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The upside to using the program is the ease of being able to reward colleagues for their hard work and dedication. With the many different categories to choose a gift from, it shows how valued someone is to their company. New companies for gift cards and products are added throughout the year for more varieties to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The downside of using the program is the limit that is placed on how much a colleague receives. Some colleagues top out very quickly, not being able to amass any more points throughout the year. On top of that, some of the gifts are very expensive and it would be hard to get that many points, especially with the points expiring after so long. Many companies may not give out this incentive daily with some allowing management to make changes to how much a recipient can receive based on their definition of being qualified for that amount.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can't think of anything at the moment

  ### 12. Effortless Recognition, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyra C. | Case manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition to be very user-friendly, which I appreciate a lot. It offers a wide range of options for recognizing other employees’ hard work or accomplishments, including special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. What stands out is the variety of ways to redeem the points earned from recognition. There are different categories available that break down actions simply, making it easy to select exactly what I want to recognize someone for. The ease of use is further reinforced by how simple it was to register.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes navigation is a little confusing but honestly not enough for me to dislike it any way

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition simplifies employee recognition, making it easy for our employees to use. It's user-friendly with various options for recognition and ways to redeem points, allowing us to efficiently celebrate achievements and occasions.

  ### 13. Workhuman Social Recognition Makes Peer-to-Peer Appreciation Visible and Impactful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is a highly effective platform for building a culture of appreciation and increasing visibility across teams. One of its biggest strengths is how easy it is to recognise colleagues in real time, whether for major achievements or everyday contributions.

The peer-to-peer recognition element is especially powerful; it helps break down silos and encourages stronger cross-team engagement. I’ve also found that the visibility of recognition, such as shared feeds, reinforces positive behaviours and aligns well with organisational values.

Another standout feature is the reporting and insights. Leaders can get a clear view of engagement levels, recognition trends, and participation across different areas, which supports better decision-making and more informed people strategies.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the platform is strong functionally, the user experience can sometimes feel a bit unintuitive, especially for new users. Navigating certain features or finding past recognitions isn’t always as seamless as it could be.
There can also be some limitations in customisation, particularly when organisations want to tailor recognition programs very specifically to their internal structures or campaigns.
Additionally, occasional delays or minor performance issues can impact the experience, although these are not frequent.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps address the challenge of ensuring consistent and visible employee recognition across a large organisation. Without a structured tool, recognition can often be inconsistent or limited to immediate teams.
Workhuman solves this by creating a central, transparent system where appreciation is encouraged and amplified. This has helped improve engagement, morale, and collaboration, particularly in distributed teams.
It also supports leadership by providing insights into how recognition is being used, which can highlight both high-performing teams and areas that may need more engagement.

  ### 14. Engaging Peer Recognition That Strengthens Culture and Community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav K. | Conversion Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

This is the most meaningful platform to appreciate across organization which helps to reinforce the right behaviors and culture. It also helps to enable a strong connection, peer to peer recognition making more frequent and authentic. We can see and celebrate other's contribution, which builds the sense of community and motivation. Overall, it is more engaging and valuable platform.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There is not much but, I heard from other colleagues during reward redemption process is not wide for product range which could be enhanced for greater satisfaction.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through this platform, recognition becomes frequent and visible which helps the people to be seen and appreciated for their work which improves the motivation and satisfaction. When efforts are recognized people naturally perform better. Also, peer to peer relationship helps in building the strong relationship which makes contribution visible across the organization.

  ### 15. Effortless Recognition, Enhanced Workplace Morale

I love using Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize my fellow coworkers. It really gives everyone an opportunity to recognize each other and feel appreciated for their hard work, avoiding the lengthy process of going through upper management. This platform supports peer-to-peer recognition, which allows those who truly see the impact of work on the floor to recognize others, creating a more positive atmosphere in the workplace. I enjoy that it provides a unique perspective, as people who observe the impact can directly appreciate their colleagues. Additionally, the setup was insanely easy, making it convenient to get started with rewarding someone.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think there is a little bit of confusion with the point system and how to use it.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize coworkers, creating a positive workplace atmosphere. It allows peer-to-peer recognition, circumventing management chains, ensuring efforts are noticed. People feel acknowledged for their hard work by those directly impacted, rather than waiting for upper management.

  ### 17. Effortless Recognition with Inspiring Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna G. | Staff Chaplain, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find it really easy to send recognition using Workhuman Social Recognition because the form prompts different types of accomplishments to recognize someone for. It's also straightforward to find a coworker by searching their first or last name. I like being able to see the rewards that people within my department have received and who in the company sent them. It highlights the positive impact we have in the hospital and among staff everywhere. Seeing these rewards encourages me to recognize others and reminds me of various activities worth praise. It makes me proud to work here when I notice the impact everyone has on each other. The initial setup was super easy, since it's integrated into our HR portal.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes finding the person I am looking for can be a little clunky. I wish it showed me my department's employees first. If we were able to see the employee's picture to ensure I had chosen the right person.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition makes it easy to recognize colleagues with prompts for accomplishments and search by name. It encourages me to appreciate others, reminding me of worthy activities, and seeing rewards boosts my pride and motivation.

  ### 18. Great tool to recognize coworkers

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason H. | Principal User Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

A way to recognize coworkers for the great work they do as well as be recognized for your efforts. I like that we have a way to determine what point value is correct based on a short quiz; otherwise, it would be difficult to know.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't like that it is not cash because it is taxed as such and does not directly equate to that value. There are often not enough Gift Card options that meet my needs. I don't remember using the service.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition of the work that's being done and making individuals feel valued for the work and extra efforts they do. I don't feel like my work is valued as much as it should be it is always nice to receive one of these from a co-worker, especially on something you felt you went above and beyond on. It's also great to receive a surprise one for something unexpected. I enjoy sending them to people but often don't because it takes time. I think if they were used more in general, I would do it more often.

  ### 19. Workhuman: A Game-Changer for Employee Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhargav K. | Sr. Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love how Workhuman's social recognition platform makes it easy to give and receive shoutouts from colleagues. It's amazing to see my coworkers' achievements and milestones celebrated in real-time, and it's definitely boosted our team's morale and sense of appreciation. The platform is super user-friendly, and the rewards and incentives are really motivating!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One thing I've heard from some users is that the platform can feel a bit generic at times, like it's missing a personal touch. Some folks have mentioned they want more customization options to make the recognition feel more authentic and aligned with their company culture. Also, the notification system can get a bit overwhelming if you're super active.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is solving problems like lack of employee appreciation, poor communication, and low morale. By making it easy to give and receive recognition, it's helping to:
- Boost employee engagement and motivation

I like how it makes appreciation visible and ongoing, letting teammates recognize each other, which feels authentic and helps everyone feel valued for their contributions. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes recognition can feel generic or repetitive if not personalized. I'd like Workhuman Social Recognition to add smarter insights to ensure recognition is distributed fairly across teams and individuals. This could help reduce bias and make appreciation more balanced and meaningful. Also, improved analytics to track recognition distribution and nudges to encourage acknowledging under-recognized employees would be beneficial.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge colleagues in real time, addressing feelings of being undervalued. It highlights achievements, strengthens team morale, and makes appreciation visible and timely, boosting morale and reinforcing positive behavior.

The multiple options for purchasing products and gift cards are helpful and motivating. I find that comments from recognition make me feel happy, valued, and motivated to work more as they support the team in improving themselves. Additionally, the platform's ease of use is great, as I just log in and have all the information handy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It can be improved by adding more product options and some redemption processes could be simpler for the Indian region by adding UPI and other methods.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem performance points, appreciate teamwork, and motivate others with rewards like gift cards. Comments from recognitions make me feel happy and valued, supporting team improvement.

  ### 22. Fast, Easy Recognition Tool with Flexible Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The overall concept of the programme allows for recognition which can be "cost free" or can also reward employees with an actual gift, product or something "real" - I think this is really a strong concept, aswell as the ability to give public thanks, and have other users see this is overall a great tool for larger scale recognition.

The UI is easy to use and navigate, the tool is responsive and fast and works when you need it!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Honestly, the tool is strong as it is. Of course, redemption options could be wider and more varied - and in some cases, redeeming the points for items can be quite costly in terms of real cost of the items, which some employees may find frustrating.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately employees often don't feel recognized, or they get a simple email from a manager or a thanks in person; but this doesn't really "scratch the itch" of recognising those performing well. Therefore, Workhuman is helping teams to recognise their performers and socialise the recognition so that people can see the good work that team is doing across the organisation.

  ### 23. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Morale Instantly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is quick and easy to use. It doesn't take too much time out of my day, which makes me more likely to use it. It enables me to recognize the achievements of others efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The questions that guide you as to the appropriate amount of Kudos to award don't always seem relevant - a person can have a huge contribution working all day and night on a project that's delivered in a single day or over several days and this should be recognised in the same way as work over several weeks or months episodically during the working day.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to publicly appreciate colleagues, instantly giving small rewards without relying on the year-end review process, where my appreciation cannot be directly conveyed and my views are less certain to influence the outcome. It's quick and easy, allowing me to recognize achievements without disrupting my day, which encourages frequent use.

  ### 24. Transformative Tool for Engaging and Retaining Talent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devon H.

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition allows us to recognize associates for their integrity and passion in their day-to-day jobs. It's a great tool that helps team members who aren't always personal with each other to recognize one another and create feedback loops. This aspect is impactful. I like that it helps with key performance indicators, making sure we're doing the right things even when no one is looking. It adds value by engaging team members and building a foundation that encourages them to stay. The platform also helps with retaining top talents by allowing them to be recognized and get little rewards like free gifts, which feels good. The opportunity to give and receive recognition without needing to speak in front of crowds is something I value, as it allows for thoughtful reflection and shared feedback. Workhuman Social Recognition also brings colleagues closer together, recognizing the positive things we do daily. The seamless setup process was another plus for our team.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the social recognition is going in the right direction, but I do feel like there should be more gift cards for places like the Pfizer Cafe. Also, it would be nice to have options for shoes, like a pair of nice Nikes, or some slippers, NFL jerseys, and maybe even a vacation voucher or perhaps paid days off.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition retains top talent, builds a strong bench of leaders, and fosters positive feedback loops. It helps us recognize integrity and effort, bringing colleagues closer and motivating them. It's impactful in big ways, making our work feel appreciated and rewarding.

  ### 25. Effortless Recognition with Material Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the ease of gifting points with Workhuman Social Recognition. It's really simple to quickly recognise someone by gifting them points that have a monetary value, which they can then use to get something material outside of work. I also appreciate the wide range of products available, which ensures that everyone is happy and content with the offerings.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

When you only have half the amount of points, paying for the remaining amount with actual money seems very expensive compared to shopping online. So if you don't have the full amount of points, it's not a great system.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to give material rewards for hard work that I can't give otherwise, making it easy to recognize effort with points and offer a wide range of redeemable products.

  ### 27. Enhances Employee Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudraksh K. | Senior Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition to be a very good platform for reviewing someone. It solves the problem of reviewing by automatically sending recognition emails to the respective people like HR, managers, and others. I like the award names, such as Diamond and Gold, as they add value to recognizing employee work. Switching from using normal emails to Workhuman Social Recognition has provided us with more features and awards to recognize achievements in a special way. The initial setup for our team was great.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think it would be better if Workhuman Social Recognition could give some awards as direct money to the employee.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition solves the issue of manually reviewing and emailing feedback by automating the process to HR, managers, and others. It adds value by recognizing employee contributions with special awards which were not possible using normal mails.

  ### 28. Recognition Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like most about Workhuman Social Recognition is how it makes appreciation visible, frequent, and meaningful across the organization. It helps create a culture where recognizing peers feels effortless and authentic, instead of being something occasional or only driven from the top.

I also really value the social aspect—seeing recognition shared across teams adds transparency and encourages others to participate. It not only boosts morale, but also reinforces positive behaviors and company values in a natural, genuine way.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes regular use more likely. Overall, the platform supports a more connected and engaged workplace where contributions are consistently noticed and acknowledged.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the platform is overall very effective, one area that could be improved is the discoverability and navigation of past recognitions. At times, it’s difficult to quickly locate specific acknowledgments or efficiently filter through the recognition history.

Over time, the experience can also start to feel a bit repetitive, particularly when it comes to templates or recognition formats. Having more customization options, or additional ways to recognize peers, would help keep it more engaging.

There are also occasional delays or added friction when redeeming rewards, depending on the region, which can slightly affect the overall experience.

That said, these are relatively minor concerns, and the platform’s core functionality remains strong and valuable.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps address the lack of consistent and visible appreciation in the workplace. In many organizations, recognition can be infrequent or limited to formal reviews, which often leads to contributions going unnoticed. This platform solves that by enabling real-time, peer-to-peer recognition that is visible across the organization.

For me, this has created a more positive and motivating work environment. It reinforces the impact of day-to-day contributions and helps build a stronger sense of connection within the team. Seeing recognition shared publicly also highlights best practices and encourages others to adopt similar behaviors.

Overall, it improves engagement, boosts morale, and fosters a culture where appreciation is continuous rather than occasional, which has a meaningful impact on both individual motivation and team collaboration.

  ### 29. Effortless Recognition with Valuable Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer P. | Associate Business Process Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows workplace contributions by coworkers to be acknowledged internally so everyone can see the good work we're doing. It's an efficient method of recognition because it's all online, eliminating wasted paper, and we can send an unlimited number of Bravos. I appreciate having a lot of topic diversity available, which makes it easy to select the appropriate category for recognition. The written format is great as it lets us consider and edit our words before they're viewed. The 'Inclusion' coach is also helpful because it reviews Bravos to ensure they use suitable word choices.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

We used to be able to select different tiers of Bravo and that allowed for points to be awarded when something being acknowledged was truly exceptional: I would love to see the point system come back to make the system more lucrative. Otherwise, no matter how effusive the language, all Bravos are still just a 'pat on the back' and have no tangible value.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition lets us acknowledge contributions publicly, making everyone's efforts visible. It offers an efficient, paperless recognition method, allowing unlimited Bravos.

  ### 30. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Workplace Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean M. | Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize my colleagues for their performance and to receive recognition from others in my organization. I love the ability to redeem my reward points for a wide variety of gift cards. I also enjoy the rewards wall where I can see other people in my organization recognizing each other and leave a supportive comment, as it helps to show a workplace culture of recognition. Additionally, it is very easy to set up a login.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would appreciate a wider variety of gift cards, as I find them to be best value for points instead of ordering items. Perhaps providing a form where users could request or suggest new gift cards to be added to the roster could be added as a future feature.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to easily, centrally recognize my colleagues for achievements. I enjoy redeeming reward points for a variety of gift cards and the public posts on the rewards wall fosters a culture of recognition.

  ### 31. Effortless Appreciation and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison D. | Digital Campaign Executive - Global Training, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really enjoy how easy Workhuman Social Recognition is to use. It just takes a short amount of time for me to recognize or be recognized, yet it gives a big impact to the person receiving it. I love how it allows my colleagues and I to recognize each other for our hard work. It's a great way to directly show appreciation for our efforts throughout the year and lets us actually use that recognition toward physical rewards. The initial setup was super easy and happened automatically when I joined the organization, so we could use it right away.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I'd love it if the range of products prices could be in line with existing deals online as it sometimes is more cost effective for me to buy with my own money over points

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to feel appreciated outside of salary, enabling me to formally thank colleagues and earn rewards, making recognition easy and impactful.

  ### 32. Fosters Team Spirit with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for bravo giving and redeeming gifts. It's a great way to show love and build partnership and trust in teams. I like that it costs me nothing, but my teammates get a lot of value and joy from it. I think it fosters a sense of community, pride in work, and more joy in the workplace, giving a nice excuse to give someone kudos for being a nice teammate. The initial setup was easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I wish it was easier to update things, like changing a post from private to public, especially if I did it before I knew what the norms were. I also find it unclear what the charity gift cards entail, and I wish it was easier to use it to donate.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to show love and build trust in teams, fostering community and workplace joy. It adds value without costing me anything, and gives a nice reason to kudos a teammate.

  ### 33. Easy, Intuitive Tool for Meaningful Team Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Its pretty easy to use and intuitive. Its a very good way to recognize effort from the team even when not using the points system. I use it intermittently to acknowledge exceptional performance where recognition is needed.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find the system great but sometimes its unclear from a company perspective how much we can or should award. I also feel as a manager I should be able to transfer some of my own points to a collage - I think this could be quite a nice feature. Maybe having the option for an award (physical) would be great. These can be low cost and a bit of fun, like a small trophy or model.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its difficult to extend beyond the thank you and 'oh you have done a great job'. This creates something a little more physical for the employ that acts as a marker for their performance, and that can get recognition by both wider teams, but also within their PDR etc. The ability for employees of all levels to award #WOWs is great and collaborative, so aids the issue where again staff giving that piece of recognition to their colleagues.

  ### 34. Empowers Team Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for acknowledging teammates when they go above and beyond. It's great for quickly saying thank you and recognizing efforts, which really goes a long way. I love how it allows us to appreciate each other during team competitions and offers rewards that motivate us, especially salespeople. It makes me feel appreciated, and it encourages my teammates when they've stepped up for me. This recognition process helps keep everyone happy to take on extra responsibilities, hoping for more Bravos. Also, the setup was super easy, taking less than two minutes.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Honestly, the only thing I would say is maybe an AI prompt could be added to the message to the receiver and also to the approval manager just to make everyone's life a little bit easier. Oftentimes, I find myself going into ChatGPT and writing my message through there.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize my teammates when they go above and beyond, which boosts motivation, helps us succeed, and enhances appreciation, making everyone happier to take on more responsibilities.

  ### 35. Tangible Rewards, But Overpriced Items and a Bad Search Experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate that I can be given real, tangible awards for hard work and good performance, which is something our company does not otherwise pay for.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

the rewards are often heavily overpriced - charging tens of pounds for things like a phone charging cable in some cases - and it's hard to get support when something goes wrong with your order. The UX is also not well designed, and the search sometimes hides the best value-for-money rewards (such as amazon gift cards). The fact they have shoehorned AI into it like everyone else is also a nuissance.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the main problem it solves is that you don't get a pay rise from DXC if you perform well, so this allows you to get things like grocery gift cards to stop you from going hungry

  ### 36. Transformative Peer Recognition with Easy Rewards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anusha A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition has helped facilitate peer-to-peer reviews and recognize people in the organization. I find the interface to be good and helpful in both giving and collecting rewards and points, making recognition for hard work feel tangible. I love that we can choose the gift or item we actually need rather than receiving something unnecessary. The gift cards offered are the best option, and the current options are also good. I found the initial setup to be easy, which is always a plus.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find that the points might not always be fully usable. It would be nice if each gift card had smaller values to make managing points easier.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition facilitates peer-to-peer reviews and recognition within the organization. It's user-friendly for rewarding and redeeming points, like choosing gifts we need. However, it can be hard to fully use all the points, though gift cards are a good option.

  ### 37. Strong, Centralized Recognition Program With Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor S. | Material Attendant II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The visibility and incentive to voice appreciation. Workhuman makes recognition public, timely, and meaningful, which helps reinforce positive behaviors and contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. The platform encourages peer-to-peer recognition and helps build a culture where appreciation is normalized rather than occasional.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One drawback is that some of the recognition criteria and questionnaire language seem geared more toward salaried roles. Examples such as leading meetings or committees, or escalating customer concerns, don’t always reflect the most impactful contributions made by hourly or frontline employees. This can create a compounding effect in which higher-paid roles are more likely to qualify for higher-point recognition, reinforcing a perception of stratification rather than broad-based inclusion across the workforce.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman helps solve the problem of fragmented recognition by creating a one-stop platform for career milestones, bonuses, and peer-to-peer appreciation. Instead of recognition being spread across emails, spreadsheets, or informal processes, everything lives in a single, visible system. The points-based structure also simplifies redemption, making rewards easier to understand, track, and use, which increases participation and ensures recognition feels tangible rather than symbolic.

  ### 38. Effective Global Recognition, Needs Better Gift / Reporting Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that it allows points to be converted to items that you can use. In my company, it's a single platform for almost all colleagues around the world, making it easier to recognize good work for a globally dispersed team like mine. The points system is beneficial, as it gives colleagues something tangible beyond just words.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's not as easy to filter for reward gifts as they are not very well categorized. Also, it has almost non-existent export function. If you wanted to export feedback that you have given or that your team members have received, it is not possible. We get individual emails, but if you wanted to see everything that has come through, that's challenging. My company integrates it into Workday, which is kind of useful, but it's truncated, so you only see a percentage of it.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to consolidate recognition into one place, provide colleagues with points for tangible rewards, and maintain a single platform for global recognition.

  ### 39. Recognition feels more human and personal, it creates good bond between humans

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I am using this platform from 4 months and i don't see any dislike about work human even i like one feature that i want to tell that if we don't have enough points still you can redeem any gift voucher by paying remaining amount.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is creating a good bond between employees and colleague which can apricate each other efforts and work. it motivates us to helps colleague and your colleague recognize your help on this platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edyta A. | European Regulatory Lead (rotation), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition really easy to use. There are many options to choose from, like gift cards or buying directly from the site, which I really appreciate. It's a nice way to go beyond just saying thank you by giving an actual reward for hard work. The setup was also really easy and intuitive; it was just linked to my account, and all I needed to do was log in.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I still think that there is not a lot of sections or themes. For example, the sports section doesn't really cover a lot of sports. I would like to see more partnerships with different brands and maybe also be able to increase the number of shops that are available to exchange your gift card for. But that's my only complaint.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to give more meaningful recognition beyond a thank you. It turns recognition into a reward, motivating and appreciating my colleagues without needing to affect their salary or promotions.

I really like Workhuman Social Recognition for its ability to recognize employees' efforts, such as extra effort, working off-hours, and exceptional engineering implementations. I appreciate how it allows us to choose from multiple gift coupons and the wide variety of products available. The wide array of in-house products makes for a really good experience. The initial setup was extremely simple and didn't take much time. I even rate it 10/10, and if I start my own company someday, I'll have this system from Day 1.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

You can say it is a limitation that could be improved, but I found that the category of products could be expanded, and also the points range which we can claim should also be more flexible.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate and reward employee efforts for company goals, including extra hours and exceptional work. It highlights contributions effectively.

  ### 44. Outstanding Platform for Employee Engagement

  ### 45. A Simple, Rewarding Way to Recognize Colleagues with Spotlights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sending Spotlights to colleagues is as rewarding as receiving a Spotlight. Its a clean simple process and just a really nice way to recognize the people you work with. Spotlights aren't just some cash in hand, then can help people improve, feel validated and get ahead when promo time comes. Its just the best.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes the site is down and maybe there could be better options for rewards. Also, we used to be able to attach an image, but I think thats gone??

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its reinforces the idea of recognition in the workplace. Kudo Slack channels are more like an afterthought and usually fall flat or seem like a weekly chore. I don't get "genuine" from Kudos channel, its forced. Spotlights are thoughtful and real because cash makes a difference

  ### 46. Convenient Recognition, Needs Cross-Group Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is a fast and easy way to send recognition to a coworker. It's convenient to find coworkers, even those not in my specific department, and I can see the thank yous they've received. It's pretty easy to use, as all I had to do was log in. They're also easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Specifically, we merged with another hospital group. So we can't send them thank yous, we can only send within our group. I wish that we could send them thank yous as well now that we have merged. Also, when shopping rewards, if you don't have enough points, it says that you can "top up" the remaining points by credit/debit card in checkout. I may not want to purchase said item, and just want to know how much extra the item is going to cost me - why can't that be stated in "the cart" prior to checkout?? I don't want to potentially lose my points for an item I may not actually want if the extra purchase price is too high.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure of any problems

  ### 47. Effortless Recognition and Motivation with Workhuman

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The Workhuman portal is an excellent product that allows us to be recognized in front of our entire team, increasing our visibility and motivating us to pursue excellence. It is incredibly easy to use—within just a minute, you can acknowledge your peers and highlight the valuable contributions they have made.

We frequently use this portal after completing important tasks to reward our teammates and key contributors.

I find the Workhuman platform to be extremely user-friendly and intuitive. I have never encountered any issues with award redemptions. They have partnered with nearly every major brand, making it simple to purchase gift cards and redeem your awards. For me, Workhuman truly makes awarding a happy experience!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Honestly, I have no complaints. However, I do think it might feel a bit discouraging for those who aren't recognized. Still, if approached with a positive mindset, it could actually have a beneficial impact.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, one of the biggest challenges in large corporations with hundreds of thousands of employees is ensuring visibility. Workhuman has addressed this issue to some extent. The awardee’s name appears on the feed, allowing them to stand out among their peers and the entire workforce. I believe that Workhuman awards help motivate colleagues, which ultimately leads to increased team efficiency.

  ### 48. Motivating Platform for Peer Recognition and Team Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman is an excellent platform for recognizing your peers, as the awards are visible to all teams within the Workhuman system. You can also print out the awards, complete with the comments from the person who gave the recognition. This not only motivates the recipient but also inspires others who see these awards to work harder and strive for achievement. Moreover, it's very easy to recognize someone and it has a number of awards for different verticals for example team player, catalyst, elevate the team, etc.
Award redemption is one thing which is flawless and personally I have never faced any issues in award redemption. I really praise the ease of the flow, its very user friendly. I have always used it as an employee but seeing the UI, I think it would be very easy to integrate workhuman for company side of dashboard. People in my team use this platform often to recognize the achievements of individuals or team as a whole sometimes.
Never had a chance to go to customer support as I mentioned already that the flow is great and easy to understand! Overall, it's a really really good platform!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's difficult to find something I dislike, but since the awards are visible to everyone, this could occasionally discourage new joiners who haven't had the chance to prove themselves yet.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a workplace having thousands of employees in scattered teams and locations across the world, WorkHuman makes sure that none of the deserving employee is left in the shadows. It ensures visibility, motivates to strive for excellence.

  ### 49. Authentic Peer Recognition That Builds a Connected, Motivated Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rama Y. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like best about Workhuman Social Recognition is how genuinely human it feels. Recognition isn’t top-down or forced—it comes from peers and leaders in real moments, tied to real impact. That makes appreciation feel authentic, not transactional. It helps build a culture where people feel seen for their everyday contributions, not just big wins, and that creates stronger connection, motivation, and trust across teams.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I dislike is that recognition can sometimes feel inconsistent—some teams or individuals participate actively, while others rarely use it, which can create uneven visibility. Also, if not guided well, recognition may lean toward frequent contributors and overlook quieter but equally impactful work. A bit more structure or nudging could help make recognition more inclusive and evenly distributed.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition solves the problem of invisible effort in day-to-day work. It makes appreciation timely and visible, so good work doesn’t go unnoticed or get delayed until performance reviews. For me, this means feeling more connected to my team, better motivated, and clearer about how my work contributes to shared goals. It also reinforces positive behaviors and creates a culture where recognition is part of everyday work, not an afterthought.

  ### 50. Effortless Recognition, Positive Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shivam k. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to easily appreciate and acknowledge my colleagues for their hard work and contributions. I really like how simple the platform is and how it encourages a positive and supportive work culture. It makes it easy to send quick recognition whenever someone supports a project or goes beyond expectations. The interface is clean and simple, which encourages a positive culture at work. I also enjoy the rewards and how visible recognition becomes across the organization. Additionally, it was very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Some features in Workhuman Social Recognition feel a bit slow or require extra steps, which can interrupt the flow of giving recognition. Improving the overall speed and making navigation simpler would enhance the experience.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate my colleagues quickly, ensuring appreciation isn't missed. It improves engagement by making recognition visible, solving the issue of maintaining consistent, meaningful appreciation.
