It is easy to use and very user-friendly. You can quickly find team members and message them when needed. It also provides reminders for anniversaries and birthdays, which is a great feature.

The GIF image quality is limited. There should be more options for adding higher-quality, more visually appealing images from the GIF library.

My only negative is that we cannot share recognition with our contractor population.

sending recognition takes more clicks than expected, which can slow things down when you just want to quickly thank someone.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Actually, it's three things- 

1. The fact that I can go and recognize people! There are so many situations in corporate when you would genuinely like to thank someone for xyz reason, but the verbal thank you is just not enough! Recognize helps best with that. With or without points, I can not only appreciate someone but also put them in the spotlight for their good work!

2. The wide selection of brand vouchers. There is almost everything and that too in various denominations- 500, 1000... love that! 

3. The speed with which the vouchers are delivered! If I want an ice-cream right now, I can have it with a voucher pretty soon. Absolutely love that about this platform!

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The points that I have to award to other people quarterly are too less, just 250.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently our organization solved the problem of 'working on weekends FOR FREE' using Recognize. They have introduced a program wherein an employee who works on the weekend will receive 2500 recognize points which I think is pretty brilliant and a much better alternative to getting compensation in the monthly cycle. The compensation is lower than this and we have to wait for it until the end of the month. This is therefore terrific!

I really like that management is engaged and encouraging about the use of achievers. I like that peers can send rewards to each other with funny messages.

The platform has some speed issues sometimes, and all the buttons say Buy Now instead of Add to Cart so I had to go back and forth with extra clicks to purchase multiple items.

I am really cross functional collaborator and most of the people I work with I do not have a say in their performance evaluation at the end of the year. Achievers lets me do at least a little bit to recognize and reward them for their stellar work.

Something that may possibly be overlooked without a specific platform to do so.  I specifically like the option to keep message private or have them posted to the main board.

I love how quick and easy it is to add to our community board and celebrate wins. Not only can I acknowledge great work and values in action, but I'm also notified of great things my team does that I may not otherwise hear about.

I can't think of anything I dislike. I'm not sure if it is mobile-ready but we don't use it on mobile and it would be nice to have a feed that I could check while on the go or between meetings.

I enjoy using Achievers to highlight my peers, as I feel management doesn't do enough to recognize employees. I love being able to share morale with everyone. Achievers encourages a supportive environment between employees and incentivizes positive reinforcement, which is something sorely missed by our management.

I feel management doesn't do enough to highlight employees. The exchange rate for prizes is also really expensive. Management has very low incentives to highlight employees, and adding incentives for managers could better engagement for Achievers and every workplace they help.

I like the community newsfeed feature; it's a great way to promote internal campaigns all in one platform. The marketplace is very cool—it's organized and easy to shop on. The initial setup of Achievers was super easy. I helped with creating the training on how to use it, and many employees have found the platform easy to navigate.

I think maybe an email notification if someone on your direct team is recognized.

I find that when I write a feedback there is no spell check. but there is a spell check when it's an anniversary.  Would be nice to have for all forms. 
Further, when writing the anniversary message, I don't know what pics were already used. can the ones that were used be eliminated from my selection? I don't want to duplicate.
