"Nectar Makes Morale, Challenges, and Recognition Easy to Manage"

What do you like best about Nectar?

I think what I like best about Nectar is for my specific position in the company, which has a lot to do with morale and gaining staff involvement, it allows me the ability to share, send and access so many of those qualities in one place. For example, I can create challenges, give feedback and award people for volunteering all in one place and easily track said information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

There are times on the admin side of it where certain information on peoples profile like their birthday's are hidden, and I find out after their birthday that said information was hidden. I think from an admin perspective it would be helpful to have certain criteria that the employee must allows admin to see, so company purposes. This is a very minor detail, but it has been the only performance issue I have found at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving our particular companies problem of having multiple locations, and originally staff was not able to recognize individuals from other clinic locations, but with Nectar being a digital platform we connect much easier. This keeps the morale up and is easier from my position, where I only work at one clinic, but am now able to thank others outside of my location for their support and performance.
