Guusto is a program that allows others not only with in the program but for others that have access to the program to recognize and validate a great strong effort from others that maybe  within the organization of a group of several company's not only the establishment that you work for to say great job keep it up and is so versatile and the rewards are adaptable to what can be selected to suit the person

It is used for rewards and incentive for employees. It allows the employee to select what type of reward (giftcard) and from what vendor. Employees also get the ability to select to break apart their total amount of reward to get several different vendors and amounts
