I like the different ways or categories of saying thank you, from exceptional praise all the way down to a simple 'thank you.' It's great that Kudos allows us to use our own words to express appreciation. The AI feature that helps rewrite comments in a nice professional way is also a plus. Additionally, I appreciate the versatility in converting points into useful and practical items like gift cards. I can't think of something specific right now. In our company, we have employees and contractors. So I think sometimes the contractors are not able to benefit from this.
