Nectar is an employee reward and engagement tool. It's a great way to reward employees (eg. work anniversary rewards, project completion performance rewards, etc.), engage employees with their peers (eg. shout-outs with actual monetary value, hitting KPI targets, etc.), and compliments employee events (eg. earning points for winning a Halloween costume contest). Even the rewards can be used for engagement, we have rewards like 'your boss will take you to lunch' or 'pimp my desk' where the team will get a budget to decorate your workspace.
