I recently redeemed my points for a watch from our company's online catalog. Dylon provided great support by advising on a timeframe and requesting a 'sign for' instruction for my package. Their support was great, even though it was my first time using the system and I didn't encounter any other issues. It's pretty easy to use. I value the online catalog and points system; the selection is great, and the process was intuitive.

I love the products OC Tanner provides. I reached out through the chat for help with some previous orders I had placed, and the agent was incredibly kind and resolved everything fast. I was able to receive what I bought with my points within two minutes. I really wish more companies had a platform like this. The site is easy to navigate and i find myself on there frequently whether i have points or not . I also noticed recently that the products offered switch quite often.

My opinion of Culture Cloud is the same, it's a great platform. My company uses it for annual employee rewards and the options we have are nice. In previous years, before switching to CC, we would be emailed a gift card from a local grocer store. I was always appreciative of that, especially with it being around the holidays and having small children at that time. However, I've enjoyed the change because with CC we have options of gift cards from multiple local stores/restaurants which is much nicer and more personable.
